Encontrei a clínica pelo Peixe Urbano, entrei em contato antes de adquirir a promoção (botox), a Sandra confirmou atendimento e pediu para aguardar avaliação antes de comprar pelo site. Chegando lá, criticou o trabalho feito pelo profissional que fez minha última aplicação (o que já achei desagradável) dizendo que a forma como foi feito eu estaria “imunizada”. Fiz algumas perguntas sobre como seria essa imunização e percebi que ela não soube responder e parece não ter gostado de ter sido perguntada. Não avaliou nada e já foi logo pedindo meu cartão para pagamento. Quando perguntei o valor, me passou o valor do pacote mais caro do peixe urbano o que questionei pois só queria região dos olhos. Ela disse que com menos de 20 unidades não daria pra fazer nada. Por que então faz uma promoção prevendo 5, 10, 15 e 20 unidades?? Mas ok, aceitei. Quando questionei se podia parcelar, disse que até em 2x, o que me fez preferir pagar pelo Peixe Urbano pois lá parcelo em mais vezes. Ela, muito mal educadamente me devolveu o cartão, disse que pelo site ela não iria receber pois o site não estaria pagando. Por que então não retira o anúncio e não avisa isso no momento do agendamento??? Falta de profissionalismo total e divulgação questionável!!! Com esse atendimento não me interessei pelo serviço e fui embora sem aplicar nada.
Disappointing. I found the clinic by Peixe Urbano, got in touch before buying the promotion (botox), Sandra confirmed the service and asked to wait for evaluation before buying on the website. When I asked if I could pay in installments, I said that even in 2x, which made me prefer to pay for Peixe Urbano because I pay more often there. She, very politely returned the card to me, said that through the website she would not receive it because the website would not be paying. Why then do not remove the ad and not warn this at the time of scheduling ??? Lack of total professionalism and questionable disclosure !!! With this service I was not interested in the service and left without applying anything.
