Tentei marcar uma consulta por telefone liguei mais de 10 vezes seguidas no horário de 11:30 e ninguém atendeu. Desisti e marquei em outro local!
Terrible consultation appointment service.
I tried to make an appointment by phone I called more than 10 times in a row at 11:30 a.m. and no one answered. I gave up and scored somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , principalmente quando tenta marcar consulta pelo telefone. As atendentes tira o telefone do gancho e você fica horas esperando alguém te dizer pra aguardar q logo será atendida.
Bad service, especially when trying to make an appointment over the phone. The attendants take the phone off the hook and you spend hours waiting for someone to tell you to wait and see you soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, até um hospital público tem melhor atendimento. Fiz exame, e nem si deram o trabalho de me ligar pra dizer si estava pronto ou não. Eu que tive que ligar, e disseram que estava pronto. E me atenderam com má vontade, porque nem bem concluí a ligação, desligaram na minha face. Aí quando fui pegar o resultado, me disseram que não estava pronto. Mas como disse que tinham me dito que estava, aí deram um jeito de me entregar.
E isso porque eu paguei hein, imagina si eu não tivesse pago. Aff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje foi a terceira vez que vou lá o pediatra que atende a minha bebê e a secretaria dele são maravilhosos mas, na recepção não pedi Uber e nem me forneceram a senha do Wifi pra eu poder pedir com um bebê de 2 meses no braços lamentável Isso, se não queriam me dar ao menos colocasse pra mim mas, fizer que não tem wifi foi demais....
Today was the third time I go there the pediatrician who meets my baby and his secretary are wonderful but at the front desk I didn't ask Uber nor give me the Wifi password so I could ask with a 2 month old baby in his arms , if they did not want to give me at least put for me but, do not have wifi was too much ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fui bem atendido. Remarcaram um exame que havia solicitado e no dia da consulta, marcada para 08:00, houve atraso da médica em 30 minutos que ainda passou outro paciente na minha frente, sendo que eu tinha o primeiro horário do dia.
Fui informado, no momento da consulta, que a médica não conseguiria gravar o ultrassom num CD, por não saber usar o aparelho.
Finalmente, após uma hora esperando, tive que me ausentar sem ser atendido.
I was not well attended. They rescheduled an exam that I had requested and on the day of the appointment, scheduled for 8:00 am, the doctor was delayed by 30 minutes and another patient passed in front of me, since I had the first time of the day.
I was informed, at the time of the consultation, that the doctor would not be able to record the ultrasound on a CD, as she did not know how to use the device.
Finally, after an hour of waiting, I had to leave without being answered.
