★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite a todos,hj tinha uma consulta pra minha sogra pedi pra sair mais cedo do serviço,pois eu mesmo que trouxe a minha sogra,a consulta estava marcada pra 18:30, porém agora já são 21:30,e ainda não fomos atendidos, não estou falando mal do médico,nem do atendimento, mas acho que uma senhora de 88 anos teria que ter uma atenção a mais, pois a consulta é paga toda vez a vista,e no dinheiro,e não é convênio.Deixo aqui esta indignação da forma do ocorrido,e essa não é a primeira vez,minha sogra faz acompanhamento aqui aos 8 anos.A logística de horário tem que ser aprimorada para que os horários sejam cumprido,atraso de 1 hora tudo bem,mas 3 horas aí sim acho que precisa ser revido algo. Terça feira 3 de novembro de 2020. 21:38 da noite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons médicos mas o atraso maior falta de respeito..agendamos para as 20 hrs e fomos atendidos as 22:20 . Total descaso ainda por se tratar de uma pessoa de idade e de outra cidade. Mais comprometimento com horários e com o ser que está na sala de espera .atrasos acontecem sim até entendo mas 2 hrs é muita coisa sala ampla mas nada para se distrair. TV desligada. Sem Wifi. Revistas todas muiiito antigas ..enfim muito a se fazer para melhorar.
Good doctors but the biggest delay lack of respect..we scheduled for 20 hrs and we were attended at 22:20. Total disregard for being an old person and from another city. More commitment to schedules and to the being in the waiting room. Delays happen, yes, I even understand, but 2 hours is a lot of room but nothing to be distracted. TV off. No Wifi. All very old magazines ... there is a lot to do to improve.
