 Disappointing in everything! I don't recommend it to anyone. I don't like to fantasize what we haven't seen. My family and I regret bitterly for putting a family member there !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que vim na clínica um lugar meio obscuro, falta pessoas no atendimento, demora no atendimento e um local insalubre não gostei, não recomendo .Acho que as avaliações positivas deve ser de algum parente do proprietário da clínica.
The first time I came to the clinic, it was a bit obscure place, there was a shortage of people in attendance, a delay in attendance and an unhealthy place. I didn't like it, I don't recommend it.

Há muita presunção perante aos profissionais falta amor e humanidade no local - apesar de isso não ser privilégio de lá (faltar amor e humanidade) lá é um local onde espera-se ter uma busca de amparo e esclarecimento. Contudo é mais um reduto de administração de medicações para servir de estatística para os números da protociência psiquiátrica.
Highly in need of good energy. There is a lot of presumption before the professionals there is a lack of love and humanity in the place - although this is not a privilege there (lack of love and humanity) there is a place where it is expected to have a search for support and clarification. However, it is another stronghold of medication administration to serve as a statistic for the numbers of psychiatric protoscience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porteiros arrogantes e nada gentis. Tudo começa assim. Depois uma série de descaso como pacientes dopados em demasia para que nao causem problemas, banheiros sujos, a agua nao mineral dada aos pacientes, mofo nas paredes, infiltrações e má higienização dos cômodos. Falta de atividades, violencia passiva em relação as visitas,burocracias e falta de respeito.
Arrogant and unkind doormen. It all starts like this. Then a series of neglect such as patients who are too doped to cause problems, dirty bathrooms, non-mineral water given to patients, mold on the walls, leaks and poor sanitation in the rooms. Lack of activities, passive violence in relation to visits, bureaucracy and lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém deveria fazer avalição mentirosa dizendo que esse lugar é bom, o lugar deveria fechar por falta de higiene e conservação, atendimento horrível nada humanitário, internos dopados, se vc puder evite essa clinica. Pessoas com problemas psicologicos precisam de um lugar humanitário, acolhedor e um tratamento multidisciplinar
Nobody should make a false assessment saying that this place is good, the place should close due to lack of hygiene and conservation, horrible care that is not humanitarian, drugged inmates, if you can avoid this clinic. People with psychological problems need a humane, welcoming place and multidisciplinary treatment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como visita, pude constatar que é mais um depósito de pessoas doentes mental e logo se vê que a vigilância sanitária não passa por ali. Pra ser "particular" tá longe de ser um local decente para essas pessoas. Camas velhas, colchões sem espuma quase nenhuma. Horrível.
As a visit, I was able to see that it is another warehouse for mentally ill people and soon it is clear that the health surveillance does not pass through there. To be "private" is far from being a decent place for these people. Old beds, almost no foam mattresses. Horrible.

TERRIBLE PLACE AND SERVICE. You go there sick and leave even worse because of how badly treated you are. I arrived there with a crisis, needing help and no one wanted to meet me. a real humiliation

Sou ex funcionário da santa Maria . Pedi demissão por falta de pagamento ,e o local não fornece meios de trabalho apropriado.
Pacientes bebe água da torneira que é fornecida água de um poço artesanal que a mais de 20 anos não é limpo
Essa água é pra bebe, toma banho e cozinhar.
Os funcionários que ainda estão trabalhando não receberam o mês de março .
Quando pedi demissão não tive como ir pagar o aviso prévio pois meu mês de fevereiro ainda não tinha sido pago no dia 22/03/22 . Doutora andrezza não me pagou nem as passagens
pagou minhas contas como se eu tivesse me negado a pagar o aviso prévio .
Pior canto de se trabalhar ....
Os técnicos de lá trabalhar por amor aos pacientes .parabéns a vcs guerreiros que ainda trabalha aí ......

I am a former employee of Santa Maria. I resigned for non-payment, and the place does not provide adequate means of work.
Patients drink tap water supplied from an artisan well that has not been cleaned for more than 20 years
This water is for drinking, bathing and cooking.
Employees who are still working did not receive the month of March.
When I resigned, I had no way of paying the notice because my month of February had not yet been paid on 03/22/22. Dr andrezza didn't even pay me the tickets
paid my bills as if I had refused to pay the notice.
Worst corner to work....
The technicians there work for the love of patients. Congratulations to you warriors who still work there ......
