★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço acompanhamento aí desde de janeiro, agora não mim respondem mais no WhatsApp, peço a nota fiscal VARIAS VEZES, e não mim enviam! Fora a demora no atendimento em geral. Não indico mais a ninguém fazer acompanhamento aí!... O bom é que existe concorrente pra isso!
I've been following up since January, now I no longer answer on WhatsApp, I ask for the invoice SEVERAL TIMES, and not me! Besides the delay in service in general. I do not recommend anyone to follow up there! ... The good thing is that there is a competitor for that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na clinica é ótimo, porém pra fazer marcação tem que ligar ou mandar mensagem no Whatsapp e o atendimento por esses meios deixa a desejar, não atendem e nem respondem as mensagens; e quando respondem não dão um feedback da situação que foi solicitada.
The service at the clinic is great, but to make an appointment you have to call or send a message on Whatsapp and the service by these means leaves something to be desired, they do not answer or even answer the messages; and when they respond, they do not give feedback on the situation that was requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepção é ótimo todas as funcionárias. Porém fui atendido por um médico mal humorado, ignorante e sem empatia nota zero favor verificar o atendimento dos médicos inadmissível isso.
Reception service is great all the employees. However, I was attended by a bad-tempered, ignorant and empathic doctor, please check the doctors' care, this is unacceptable.
