★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hj marcar uma consulta, a atendente não estava no lugar que deveria estar fiquei esperando até que liguei lá e ela voltou para a mesa e foi me atender, foi mal educada e reclamou de uma outra cliente que tinha acabado de chegar.
I went to make an appointment, the attendant was not in the place I should have been waiting until I called there and she came back to the table and went to answer me, was rude and complained about another customer who had just arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar aqui o meu descontentamento e indignação com o tratamento das colaboradoras da clinica que não possuem o minimo de educação e traquejo com os pacientes cujo esses pagam os vossos salários !!! Hoje minha mae foi muito mal atendida na clinica ... saiu do seu trabalho para comparecer a consulta agendada a 1 mes e quando chegou a clinica , as recepcionistas ( com um pouco mais de detalhe a "senhora " recepcionista) foi ríspida e mal educada ao dizer que o medico estava de licença, quando questionada de porque não avisaram a minha mae, a "senhora " disse que ligou mas que ninguém atendeu... e minha mae perguntou porque não enviaram uma msg pois não fica com o celular o dia todo. E recebeu a resposta de que elas colaboradoras nao tem tempo para enviar msg aos pacientes e que o problema era da minha mae !!! RESUMINDO : não adianta o medico ser bom se em seu grupo de colaboradores existem pessoas desqualificadas nesse nível. Espero que as providencias sejam tomadas para que futuros pacientes não tenham o mesmo desgosto.
I want to leave here my discontent and indignation with the treatment of the clinic's employees who do not have the minimum education and training with the patients whose patients pay your salaries !!! Today my mother was very poorly attended at the clinic ... she left her job to attend the appointment scheduled for 1 month and when the clinic arrived, the receptionists (with a little more detail the "lady" receptionist) was harsh and rude when saying that the doctor was on leave, when asked why they didn't tell my mother, the "lady" said she called but that no one answered ... and my mother asked why they didn't send a message because she doesn't keep her cell phone the day whole. And received the reply that they collaborators do not have time to send messages to patients and that the problem was my mother's !!! IN SUMMARY: it is no use for the doctor to be good if there are disqualified people in this group of employees at this level. I hope that arrangements are made so that future patients do not have the same disgust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo as atendentes não atendem o telefone o médico manda avisar na última hora que não vai atender resumindo tudo péssimo nessa clínica se Deus quiser e ele quer nunca mais faço contato com esse povo... muitafalta de respeito com o usuário
