★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O exame foi agendado previamente por telefone. Demorou 1h30 minutos para chamarem para realizar o exame e não davam nenhuma satisfação sobre o pq do atraso. Para o exame que fiz era necessário deixar a bexiga cheia, fiquei com dor pois a bexiga estava cheia há muito tempo. Um descaso pois não custa nada darem uma posição ou justificativa.
 The exam was scheduled in advance by telephone. It took 1h30 minutes to call to perform the exam and they didn't give any satisfaction about the reason for the delay. For the exam I did it was necessary to leave the bladder full, I was in pain because the bladder had been full for a long time. A disregard because it costs nothing to give a position or justification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionado com essa clínica!!! Impressionante como eles deixaram cair o nível da clínica que já foi melhor. Desmarquei meus compromissos todos para ir fazer o holter, chegando lá elas me falaram que não tem aparelho disponível tive q remarcar o exame.
Me ligaram um dia antes do exame remarcado por falta de aparelho remarcaram mais uma vez.
Fiz me exame de ontem pra hoje fiquei com o aparelho aí o aparelho acaba a pilha. 200,00 pra isso ? fora a demora que é pra ser atendido.
Conclusão= Não recomendo essa clínica!!!
Disappointed with this clinic!!! Amazing how they dropped the level of the once better clinic. I canceled all my appointments to go for the holter, when I got there they told me that there was no device available, so I had to reschedule the exam.
They called me the day before the exam rescheduled due to lack of braces, rescheduled again.
I took my exam from yesterday to today I got the device, then the device runs out of battery. 200,00 for that ? apart from the delay it takes to be answered.
Conclusion= I do not recommend this clinic!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Fiz um ultrassom no final de semana e me disseram que deu problema na máquina e eu teria que ir buscar as imagens depois. Na semana me enviaram a mensagem dizendo que estava pronto, fui buscar no outro dia e não encontraram as imagens. Disseram que só no outro dia conseguiriam pegar as imagens. Consegui pegar o exame e quando levei para o médico ele disse que não conseguia ver nada nas imagens, que eram péssimas e ainda me perguntou se eu paguei por aquilo. Resumindo... Perdi tempo, dinheiro, e a consulta, porque sem a imagem nítida o médico não pôde me diagnosticar! E com isso atraso no meu tratamento.
Terrible. I had an ultrasound over the weekend and they told me there was a problem with the machine and I would have to go get the images later. In the week they sent me the message saying it was ready, I went to look for it the other day and they couldn't find the images. They said they would only be able to get the images the other day. I managed to get the exam and when I took it to the doctor he said he couldn't see anything in the images, that they were terrible and even asked me if I paid for it. In short... I wasted time, money, and the consultation, because without the clear image the doctor could not diagnose me! And with that delay in my treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Falta de organização, falta de preparo para quem atende falta e respaldo para quem frequenta.
Na data de ontem ( 24/01) mesmo tendo perguntado inúmeras vezes se realizava um exame de sangue pelo meu plano médico, informaram que sim, fui para o exame e ao chegar não estava fazendo pelo convênio . Na tarde do mesmo dia tinha um exame agendado para as 14:30 e encaminharam mensagem via whatsapp para remarcar para hoje (25/01/2022) às 10h. Cheguei ao local, o exame não poderia ser feito porque a máquina quebrou, sem aviso prévio, aliás o aviso se deu via whatsapp quando já estava na clínica com 30 minutos antes do horário REAGENDADO. Falta de preparo em atender. Totalmente decepcionada, as vezes a gente opta por um serviço dentro do município, para valorizar mas não funciona ou quando funciona faz o outro de palhaço. Lidam com pessoas mas não sabem como lidar. Falta melhorar muito o atendimento. Não recomendo e não retorno.

On yesterday's date (01/24) even though I had asked numerous times if I had a blood test under my medical plan, they informed me that yes, I went for the test and when I arrived I wasn't doing it under the insurance. On the afternoon of the same day, I had an exam scheduled for 14:30 and they sent a message via whatsapp to reschedule for today (25/01/2022) at 10 pm. I arrived at the place, the exam could not be done because the machine broke, without prior notice, in fact the warning was given via whatsapp when I was already at the clinic with 30 minutes before the rescheduled time. Lack of preparation to answer. Totally disappointed, sometimes we choose a service within the municipality, to value it but it doesn't work or when it works it makes the other a clown. They deal with people but don't know how to deal with them. Service needs to be improved a lot. I do not recommend and will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por ser uma clinica particular dentro do município, deveriam ter no mínimo consideração, ja que nesse pais tudo é a base de dinheiro, enfim, confiei na clinica, liguei e agendei um ultrasson gestacional ja que estava com um exame de gravidez positivo, e não é barato, paguei $150,00 reais e fui super mal atendida, mal assistida, mal informada, e enfim, fui atendida pelo dr Jaime Morheb CRM SP 155519 fez um exame rápido, em nenhum momento explicou a situação claramente, só disse que estava se formando uma massa no meu útero. Sai de la arrasada, sem um resultado concreto, ele além de mal educado e agressivo, foi super desumano com uma mae em início de gestação, resumindo, não indico e espero que mais ninguém se sinta como eu me senti. Péssimo atendimento, pessima resolução de problemas.
As it is a private clinic within the municipality, they should at least be considered, since in this country everything is based on money, anyway, I trusted the clinic, called and scheduled a gestational ultrasound since I had a positive pregnancy test, and not it's cheap, I paid $150.00 reais and I was super poorly attended, poorly assisted, poorly informed, and finally, I was attended by Dr Jaime Morheb CRM SP 155519, he did a quick exam, he never explained the situation clearly, he just said he was forming a mass in my uterus. I left it devastated, without a concrete result, besides being rude and aggressive, he was super inhuman with a mother in early pregnancy, in short, I don't recommend it and I hope that no one else feels like I did. Bad service, bad problem solving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior hospital do Embu , minha mãe tinha horário marcado para as 11:20 , chegamos 10:50 e até agora não fomos atendidos 12:30 e tipo fui tira satisfação por conta do horário marcado e a enfermeira falo que estava atendendo os pacientes das 10:00 ainda , super estressante ambiente super apertado para quem fica mas de 1 hora esperando
Worst hospital in Embu, my mother had an appointment for 11:20, we arrived at 10:50 and so far we haven't been seen at 12:30 and I was like I was satisfied because of the appointment and the nurse said I was seeing patients from 10 :00 still , super stressful super tight environment for those who wait more than 1 hour
