Fiz alguns exames que em outros lugares seriam quase impossível fazer. Como uma tomografia computadorizada! Esplêndido!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 20/06/2021, levei minha filha de 1 ano até a emergência da unidade as 02:00 da manhã , o atendimento muito ruim os funcionário olhou para gente como se não tivéssemos condições para pagar a consulta que por sinal paguei muito caro pelo péssimo atendimento, a médica plantonista quando apareceu estava mais preocupado em sabe se o atendimento era prioritário ou não, todos os colaboradores que ali estavam ficaram mais preocupados com o valor da consulta do quê em atender minha filha.
O fato da pessoa chegar em um carro popular, com roupas simples ou até mesmo com o cabelo despenteado não siguinifica que não tenha condição para pagar pelo atendimento, então espero que a direção da unidade observe como esta sendo o atendimento dos seus colaboradores com todos que chegam precisando de atendimento.
E deixo aqui uma pergunta.
O que seria um atendimento prioritário?
On 06/20/2021, I took my 1-year-old daughter to the emergency unit at 2:00 am, the service was very bad, the employee looked at us as if we were unable to pay for the consultation, which I paid very dearly. because of the poor service, when the doctor on duty appeared, she was more concerned with knowing whether the service was a priority or not, all the employees who were there were more concerned with the value of the consultation than with seeing my daughter.
The fact that the person arrives in a popular car, with simple clothes or even with disheveled hair does not mean that they are not able to pay for the service, so I hope that the direction of the unit observes how the service of its employees is being with everyone who arrive in need of assistance.
And here I leave a question.
What would be a priority service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local muito tecnológico, amplo, as recepcionistas atendem bem, contudo há doutores que deixam a desejar com um tratamento desumano, ineficaz, sem atenção a seu problema !!! Além da demora pra chamar ( ainda que em caso de urgência) .
Tentei encontrar o SAC do hospital mas não encontrei. Estou tentando, cordialmente, conversar com a gestão.
Very technological, spacious place, receptionists are very helpful, however there are doctors who leave something to be desired with inhumane, ineffective treatment, without attention to your problem !!! In addition to the delay to call (even in an emergency).
