Assim que cheguei na clínica, informei que iria realizar a revisão, a atendente pegou meu documento," colocou no sistema" E devolveu a RG e solicitou que eu aguardasse na sala que já iria ser chamada. Perguntei se seria a primeira e ela confirmou que eu era a primeira a ser atendida.
A médica chegou e chamou outra pessoa, pensei eu que era prioridade... Após finalizar o atendimento com essa paciente, chamou outra e eu decidi ir na recepção procurar saber o que havia ocorrido, se eu era a primeira, e já tinha entrado duas na minha frente. Ela simplesmente esqueceu de lançar a lista. Informou que eu seria a próxima e pediu pra eu ir pra sala aguardar e eu fui. A médica chamou outra pessoa para o atendimento, e eu fui cobrar novamente, mas dessa vez fui falar com a médica. A médica mostrou a lista e o meu nome estava por último. Achei um super descaso e falta de organização na recepção. A revisão estava marcada para 12:00 e eu cheguei as 10:30 da manhã. Sair de lá era por volta das 14h . Por favor melhorem. Desde já agradeço!

She just forgot to toss the list. She informed me that I would be the next one and asked me to go to the room and wait and I did. The doctor called someone else for care, and I went to collect again, but this time I went to talk to the doctor. The doctor showed the list and my name was last. I found a super neglect and lack of organization at the reception. The review was scheduled for 12:00 and I arrived at 10:30 in the morning. Leaving there was around 2pm. Please improve.
