Diante de tantas dificuldades que enfrentamos no dia-a-dia, estar com a saúde comprometida creio que seja a pior de todas, pois com dores ninguém consegue seguir sua vida normalmente. Devido ao meu trabalho, tenho sentido muitas dores em diversos locais do meu corpo e mesmo sem poder financeiramente, fiz um grande sacrifício e paguei uma consulta no valor de R$ 180,00, na Clínica São Jorge, no dia 21 de dezembro de 2021, com a Dra, Fernanda de Albuquerque Gomes CRM PB-8400, Reumatologista.
A mesma solicitou-me vários exames que realizei na própria clínica São Jorge, gastando mais o valor de R$ 230,00 , fiquei no aguardo dos exames, assim que os recebi, voltei para a Dra, Fernanda Gomes, no dia 12/01/22, passados 22 dias da primeira consulta. Ninguém na clínica me informou que deveria voltar com 15 dias, pois jamais deixaria de voltar, já que queria ficar boa, sem sentir dor, e assim que recebi os exames voltei. Aguardei mais ou menos 2 horas para chegar a minha vez de atendimento, nesse momento, para minha surpresa, a Dra, não me chamou, chamando um outro paciente na minha frente, ao questionar, a Dra, me destratou, negou atender-me, ignorando-me totalmente, sendo grosseira, com desprezo e desumanidade. Não me ajudou, não me orientou, simplesmente entregou meus exames. Pedi um atestado para levar para meu trabalho já que tive que me ausentar do mesmo e ela falou q não daria só quando tivesse uma nova consulta. Pergunto: O que vale mais? As pessoas ou o dinheiro?
Ser médico é ter humanidade, é gostar de servir o próximo, tentar aliviar as dores, olhar para os pacientes com empatia e amor, vai muito além de ter um diploma e um estetoscópio no pescoço, características bem distantes dessa profissional.
Enfim, fui para a clínica para tentar amenizar minhas dores, tentar descobrir o que tenho, fiz os exames todos direitinhos, gastei o que não podia e não resolvi nada, continuo na estaca zero, só que agora com uma angústia ainda maior no peito por ter sido destratada pela médica que deveria me ajudar,me orientar. Ninguém vai ao médico porque acha bonito, ou para fazer charme, ninguém fica doente porque quer. Infelizmente existem profissionais e profissionais, os que trabalham por amor e os que não. Espero conseguir resolver da melhor forma possível.

She asked me for several exams that I performed at the São Jorge clinic, spending more than R$ 230.00, I was waiting for the exams, as soon as I received them, I went back to Dr, Fernanda Gomes, on 01/12 /22, 22 days after the first consultation. Nobody at the clinic informed me that I should come back after 15 days, because I would never stop coming back, since I wanted to get well, without feeling pain, and as soon as I received the exams I came back. I waited about 2 hours for my turn to be seen, at that moment, to my surprise, the Dr, did not call me, calling another patient in front of me, when questioning, the Dr, mistreated me, refused to see me, totally ignoring me, being rude, with contempt and inhumanity. It didn't help me, it didn't guide me, it simply handed over my exams. I asked for a certificate to take to my work since I had to be absent from it and she said that it wouldn't be given only when I had a new appointment. I ask: What is worth more? The people or the money?
Being a doctor is having humanity, it is enjoying serving others, trying to relieve pain, looking at patients with empathy and love, it goes far beyond having a diploma and a stethoscope around your neck, characteristics that are very far from this professional.
Anyway, I went to the clinic to try to ease my pain, try to find out what I have, I did the exams all right, I spent what I couldn't and didn't solve anything, I'm still at square one, only now with an even greater anguish in my chest for having been mistreated by the doctor who should help me, guide me. Nobody goes to the doctor because they think they're beautiful, or to be charming, nobody gets sick because they want to. Unfortunately there are professionals and professionals, those who work for love and those who don't. I hope I can resolve it as best I can.
