Gratitude defines how I feel, I do Pilates, hydrotherapy and physical therapy when necessary, my daughter does RPG and hydrotherapy, I am almost 10 months without crisis (Lumbar / Cervical Disc Protrusion). Super recommend it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho prótese total de joelho, fiz tratamento de fisioterapia por 8 meses na 1 cirurgia e retornei ao trabalho, por ser um paciente que nao pratico nenhum tipo de esportes o medico cirurgião previa um retorno as atividades para aproximadamente 18 meses, o tratamento feito pelos fisioterapeutas no meu joelho foi excelente.
I have total knee prosthesis, I underwent physiotherapy treatment for 8 months in the 1st surgery and I returned to work, because I am a patient who does not practice any kind of sports, the surgeon foresaw a return to activities for approximately 18 months, the treatment done by the physiotherapists on my knee was excellent.
