Marquei uma consulta para as 11h e estou aguardando há 1h30 minutos. Isso é um desrespeito com o paciente, a clínica é completamente desorganizada com horário e agendamento

É necessário garantir maior comprometimento do profissional, considerando que os idosos que chegam para exame precisam estar pelo menos 1 hora antes do procedimento na clínica. Por ser una endoscopia o paciente fica em jejum muitas horas antes.
Precisa de maior atenção para uma avaliação melhor futura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem que melhorar no atendimento na recepção, só tem uma moça que é legal uma de óculos cabelo curto quase vermelho, boa pessoa, ja as outras tem que melhorar, pois e uma clínica e os pacientes precisam mais de atenção, enquanto os atendimento Médico super indico principalmente Doutor Dácio exelente pessoa muito humano
You have to improve the service at the reception, there's only one nice girl, one with glasses, almost red hair, good person, but the others have to improve, because it's a clinic and the patients need more attention, while the medical care is super. I recommend mainly Dr. Dácio, excellent person, very human

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje foi péssimo a demora foi desnecessária pois chegamos cedo e ficamos mais de 1 hora a espera reclamei na recepção e me falaram para falar com o médico.e bom rever este atendimento na recepção.hoje ficamos aqui esperando mais do que o necessario pois pessoas que chegaram depois foram atendidas primeiro hoje nao entendo o porque esta clinica tao bonita nao esta funcionando.como mostra o conforto de seu espaço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é bonita porém o atendimento é horrível, ja estive lá fazendo exames com minha mãe e fui mal atendida! O exame da minha mãe demorou quase duas hora pra ser realizado e uma loira lá que era da recepção nesse dia me tratou super mal, nem olhou na minha cara sequer, super ignorante não sei como colocam alguém assim para atender o publico! Muito triste você sair de casa pra se cuidar e se deparar com isso! E para agendar demoram muito para atender e o whats deles não respondem! Não indico
