Isso é muito desagradável.
Já o atendimento na clínica é bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O telefone é atendido e deixado em espera. Horrível gasta crédito e não se consegue falar e qdo a gente liga de novo dá sinal de ocupado. O telefone é essencial pois a gente mora no interior para não dar viagem perdida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento demora muito pela pouca leva de profissionais que trabalham aqui. Dou um desconto pois apesar da demora a médica fez uma consulta muito detalhada da pessoa que eu acompanha, ou seja, a demora está também relacionada a atenção que o profissional da ao paciente diferente destas consultas em que o você senta numa cadeira e o médico nem olha pra você e já passa uma lista de medicamentos. Ainda sobre os pontos negativos, não é um lugar tão confortável, sendo que deveria, já que muitas pessoas idosas estão sendo atendidas e precisam desse conforto. Outro ponto negativo é a difícil tarefa de estacionar um carro próximo a clínica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o telefone. Eu estou a 2 semanas tentando ligar pra pedir informação mas não adianta. O telefone chama que cai.deveriam rever isso aí porque a concorrência de vocês todos atendem e só vocês que não!
