Difícil de conseguir ligar, várias especialidades não tem mãos, comecei tratamento com endócrino e ortopedista e agora não atendem mais e nem tem outro profissional.
O atendimento é péssimo das moças da recepção que ficam jogando em vez de atender o telefone e dar atenção as pessoas que estão lá

The service is terrible for the girls at the reception who are playing games instead of answering the phone and paying attention to the people who are there

Primeiramente a endócrino se negou de nos atender pq estávamos atrasados 4 minutos!
Hoje, com consulta agendada com o reumatologista, já estava com uma hora de atraso e ainda tinha cinco pessoas na frente.
É descaso com as pessoas de idade!
Não recomendo pra ninguém.
Completely unprepared place!
First the endocrine refused to answer us because we were 4 minutes late!
Today, with an appointment scheduled with the rheumatologist, I was already an hour late and still had five people in front.
It is disregard for the elderly!
I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência ruim. Os horários da Dra Michele são péssimos para quem trabalha, nunca consegui mostrar todos os meus exames. Sem contar que ela não trabalha com muito ânimo e isso nos desanima também. Então não recomendo essa profissional!
Bad experience. Dr. Michele's schedules are terrible for those who work, I was never able to show all my exams. Not to mention that she does not work with much courage and that discourages us too. So I don't recommend this professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria saber pq é tão difícil atenderem o telefone nessa clínica, não importa a hora do dia que eu ligue, ninguém atende. E o telefone é o correto, pq ouço a gravação da clínica, chama duas vezes, faz um barulho como se alguém pegasse pra atender depois cai. Toda vez que tento marca consulta aí é desse jeito, só tento ainda pq a Dr.Silvia é uma boa pediatra. E realmente, atrasam muito as consultas.
I wanted to know why it is so difficult to answer the phone in this clinic, no matter what time of day I call, no one answers. And the phone is correct, because I hear the recording from the clinic, it calls twice, it makes a noise as if someone picked it up and then it falls. Every time I try to make an appointment, it's like that, I only try because Dr.Silvia is a good pediatrician. And really, they delay consultations a lot.

Marquei consulta com o otorrino e recebi o péssimo atendido do Marcello Jun de Oliveira, a consulta foi realizada as pressas e enquanto tentava explicar oque me fez buscar uma consulta com o otorrino o tal "médico" me interrompeu diverdas vezes e ainda disse que eu "deveria ser mais direto e falar logo oq eu estava sentindo" depois desta fala apenas levantei e disse que iria procurar outro clínica e o médico apenas respondeu "tá bom, vai lá" . Nem quando fui atendido no SUS recebi um atendimento tão as pressas e de na vontade como este, a única parte positiva é a recepção pois foram muito atenciosos mas mesmo assim ainda fui cobrado pela consulta que não ocorreu.
