Me chamo Carmem Lúcia, médica responsável da Clínica. Informo que todos os médicos são entrevistados por mim antes de assumirem suas funções. Portanto estão com o CRM ativo. O fato de ser médico não exime a pessoa de cometer delitos em sua vida privada e tais ações não se configuram como erro médico. Solicito maiores esclarecimentos sobre o ocorrido e lamento o mal-estar. Me encontro na clínica às quintas-feiras das 9h às 19h.

My name is Carmen Lúcia, doctor in charge of the Clinic. I inform you that all doctors are interviewed by me before assuming their duties. So they have active CRM. Being a doctor does not exempt a person from committing crimes in his or her private life, and such actions do not constitute medical errors. I ask for further clarification on what happened and I regret the discomfort. I meet at the clinic on Thursdays from 9am to 7pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fazia fisioterapia nessa clínica, aí eu mandei mensagem pedindo pra remarcar o dia pq naquele dia eu não ia poder e eles me disseram que a clínica ia fechar e não quiseram remarcar pra mim, eu estava no meio do tratamento e tive que parar. A minha irmã tbm queria fazer fisioterapia e eles disseram que o valor era 60,00 sendo que era 40,00. Um tempo depois a minha mãe ligou pra lá e eles estavam funcionando perfeitamente e disseram que o valor era 40,00, mas pra minha irmã eles disseram que era 60,00. Isso tudo aconteceu no ano passado e pesquisando no Google parece que a clínica ainda continua funcionando perfeitamente. Parecia ser uma clínica muito boa e com um valor acessível, mas depois dessas mentiras sem nexo acho melhor ficarem atentos, pois eles são bem desonestos.
I was doing physiotherapy at this clinic, then I sent a message asking to reschedule the day because on that day I couldn't and they told me that the clinic was going to close and they didn't want to reschedule for me, I was in the middle of the treatment and I had to stop. My sister also wanted to do physiotherapy and they said the value was 60.00 and it was 40.00. A while later my mother called there and they were working perfectly and they said the value was 40.00, but for my sister they said it was 60.00. This all happened last year and searching Google it looks like the clinic is still running flawlessly. It seemed to be a very good clinic at an affordable price, but after these nonsense lies I think you better be careful, because they are very dishonest.
