Em nenhum momento recusamos pagar o exame. Péssimo atendimento de você, muita desorganização.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento começa as 7 e vai aglomerando gente até a médica chegar só depois das 8 horas, quem for o responsável pela clínica e permite que o médico do local chegue neste horário, é porque não usuflui do serviço mal prestado pela simples demora entre começar a atender e a boa vontade do médico chegar, isso torna o lugar um total desrespeito as medidas de segurança contra o covid, o atendimento que começa às 7 é só dá recepção, depois você é obrigado a esperar mais uma hora só para o médico chegar. Simplesmente desprezível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento diferenciado, colaboradores muito bem treinados, pois é impossível alguém atender aos outros com tão baixa qualidade como atendem de forma natural. Local desorganizado, apertado, com poucos profissionais. A única recomendação é pra fazer raiva nas pessoas, caso contrário, não serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa desorganizada. Marcam muitos exames sem ter condições de cumprir os horários. Atraso de horas. Recepção lotada, sem a mínima preocupação com protocolos contra a COVID. Não marco exames lá nunca mais. Nao recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, quem chega primeiro é atendido por último, clínica cheia , não suporta 20 pessoas , tem que esperar do lado de fora no sol. Uma falta de respeito com os clientes, após a retirada do sangue não serve nem biscoito, só café puro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui orientada incialmente que o atendimento seria por ordem de chegada, a partir de 8 hrs. O técnico que faz o rx teve um imprevisto e se atrasou. A secretaria não me avisou, nem se quer mostrou empatia pela situação, já que eu teria que sair de lá e ir trabalhar. Uma outra funcionária que viu a situação e me explicou. O técnico me atendeu super bem. O recomendo!
