★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei o exame pelo convênio, fui muito bem atendida por todos, desde a recepção até pela médica Dra Bruna. Atendimento excelente sem atrasos. Recomendo e volto sempre que precisar na clinica.
 I performed the exam through the health insurance, I was very well attended by everyone, from the reception to the doctor Dra Bruna. Excellent service without delays. I recommend it and come back whenever I need it at the clinic.

Não foi o q eu vi...atendimento excelente. As pessoas tem q tomar mais cuidado antes de fazer comentarios maldosos publicamente.
Despite having been examined by the health insurance, I was very well attended by everyone, from the reception to the doctor Dra Bruna. I had read some comments here about delays and poor service. It wasn't what I saw ... excellent service. People have to be more careful before making public comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma endoscopia e colonoscopia em 2020, solicitei uma segunda via dos exames pois perdi a primeira via em uma mudanca de residência...a clínica tá embaçando a quase um mês pra me enviar esse resultado..anda mensagem e vocês visualizam e não respondem fazendo descaso e dando a atender que voces perderam os resultados não tendo nenhuma controle de arquivo...LAMENTAVEL ISSO.
I performed an endoscopy and colonoscopy in 2020, I requested a duplicate of the exams because I lost the first copy in a change of residence...the clinic has been fogging up for almost a month to send me this result..walk the message and you see it and don't respond neglecting and giving attention that you lost the results not having any file control...SORRY THAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito chateada com a forma de atendimento telefônico da clinica. Por telefone é impossível o contato, pelo whats, marcam exames a menos e depois te ignoram. Está na hora de rever o atendimento de vocês

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer endoscopia e colonoscopia e ao chegar ma clínica fui informada que estava na data errada, mesmo assim me atenderam e realizaram os exames. O atendimento por parte de todos foi excelente.
I went to do endoscopy and colonoscopy and when I arrived at the clinic I was informed that it was on the wrong date, even so they attended to me and performed the exams. The service from everyone was excellent.
