★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica muito boa com bons médicos! Porém o atendimento deixa a desejar, as atendentes não sabem explicar nada! As secretárias dos medicos não explicam nada, não sabe se o médico faz determinado procedimento! O trabalho que elas fazem certo é marcar consulta e nada mais! Estou com um procedimento para fazer com angiologista, caro por sinal, e terei que procurar outra clínica devido ao mal atendimento do pessoal lá! Precisam de um bom treinamento!!!!!!
Very good clinic with good doctors! However the service leaves something to be desired, the attendants do not know how to explain anything! The doctors' secretaries don't explain anything, they don't know if the doctor does a certain procedure! The job they do right is to make an appointment and nothing more! I have a procedure to do with an angiologist, expensive by the way, and I will have to look for another clinic due to the poor attendance of the staff there! They need good training !!!!!!

E por mas q reclamamos parece q NN tomam providência quem vai a uma clínica estar indo porque precisa de algo rapido.mas de ser mal atendid . Vamos melhorar clínica faça a diferença. Clinic with good structure but professionalism zero slow service lack of response exam schedules q if it should be done but soon it will be half a day. And because we complain it seems that NN take action who goes to a clinic to be going because they need something fast.but to be poorly attended. Let's improve the clinic make a difference. Who needs dignified care and the patient is sick. I know it can improve ? # ficadica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima , mandaram chegar às 12:00 horas , fui levar meu pai para fazer exames, chegamos o horário marcado e e hoje até agora ainda não fomos atendidos . Já passa das 15:00horas e até agora meu pai de 89 anos aguardando impacientemente . Uma tremenda falta de respeito com todos .
Terrible, they sent in at 12:00, I went to take my father to do exams, we arrived at the scheduled time and today we still haven't been seen. It is after 3:00 pm and so far my 89 year old father waits impatiently. A tremendous lack of respect for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O tratamentos dos médicos foi bom. Mas falta mais respeito com o horário de chegada. Todo mundo tem ocupação e nem por isso chega na hora que quer. Atraso de 1 ,2,3 até mais horas é osso. Já atendimento em geral ainda deixa a desejar, A forma de marcar a consulta é algo a se repensar, pela tempo de espera que é vergonhoso. Sem falar no telefone na empresa que atende e niguem responde. Melhor colocar que não tem opção de contato, só de forma presencial. Por isso no geral é sempre minha última opção de clínica.
The doctors' treatment was good. But there is a lack of respect for the arrival time. Everyone has an occupation and does not arrive at the time they want. Delay from 1, 2.3 to more hours is bone. As for service in general, it still leaves something to be desired. The way to make an appointment is something to rethink, due to the waiting time, which is shameful. Without talking on the phone at the company that answers and no one answers. Better to say that there is no contact option, only in person. So in general it is always my last option of clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita falta de respeito das atendentes com os pacientes, desligam na cara, não retornam. Tem muito o que melhorar, começando pelos colaboradores que nem se quer tratam bem os pacientes que é quem paga o salário deles. Experiência horrível

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, o atendimento ao cliente é horrível, liguei para tirar uma dúvida duas vezes, os atendentes não deixa você nem terminar a pergunta e já te responde grosseiramente. Falta profissionalismo, falta educação e falta um gerenciamento de qualidade. O atendimento na clinica é sempre demorado, os colaboradores estão sempre de cara fechada. É triste, pois tem uma estrutura ótima, mas o local é sempre aglomerado e o atendimento é terrível!
Bad experience, customer service is horrible, I called twice to ask a question, the attendants don't even let you finish the question and they already answer you rudely. Lack of professionalism, lack of education and lack of quality management. The service at the clinic is always time consuming, employees are always frowning. It's sad, because it has a great structure, but the place is always crowded and the service is terrible!
