★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem passei em uma consulta com a Dra. Larissa, me atendeu super bem, tirou todas as minha dúvidas em relação aos procedimentos, além de ser muito simpática e atenciosa ! Recomendo por ser totalmente diferente de outros dentistas que passei ??
 Yesterday I went to an appointment with Dr. Larissa, she treated me very well, she answered all my doubts about the procedures, in addition to being very friendly and helpful! I recommend it because it's totally different from other dentists I've been through ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pessimo, pessoas arrogantes, desumano. Fui com minha filha de 6 anos passar em uma consulta marcada, sendo que já tinha passado ela lá a cerca de um mês. Chegando lá, alegaram q o consultório estava sem luz, mas o prédio, com mais de 17 andares não estava, como não tinha mais argumento fui chamado. Chegando lá me disseram que a consulta nao era para minha filha, mas eu tinha marcado a consulta, quando argumentei foram procurar a ficha dela, escutei um comentário desagradável, que eu ignorei, e aí colocaram minha filha em uma cadeira e perguntaram o que ela tinha, falei da dor e pediram só para olhar, sem examinar falaram que era canal e que eu procurasse um Pronto socorro, argumentei novamente que eu tinha marcado a consulta e se eles não poderiam fazer algo para pelo menos não doer enquanto procurasse algo, recebi mais uma negativa alegando não ter odonto pediatra, mais uma vez, minha filha tinha passado lá anteriormente.
Outra vez lá argumentei falando que eles não ia atender uma criança, nem que por algo parcial, recebi novamente a negativa, falei que isso nao se fazia com uma criança, ele simplesmente falaram que não atenderiam ela, que teria que procurar um pronto atendimento, mesmo eu tendo marcado consulta e não ser algo de pronto atendimento, pois era prevenção e tratamento.
Fiquem longe dessa clinica, Porque eles não sabem tratar um ser humano e lá eles teriam que tratar de pessoas, só que eles não sabem fazer isso. Inclusive fui chamado de que eu não tenho conhecimento de nada, isso so porque eu queria que tivesse atendimento para minha filha que estava com um dente que poderia gerar uma dor de dente.
Então não recomendo mais uma vez, e fiquei longe dessa clínica.
Pessimo service, arrogant people, inhuman. I went with my 6 year old daughter to make an appointment, since she had been there for about a month. Arriving there, they claimed that the office was without light, but the building, with more than 17 floors was not, as there was no more argument I was called. When I got there, they told me that the appointment was not for my daughter, but I had made an appointment, when I argued they went looking for her file, I heard an unpleasant comment, which I ignored, and then they put my daughter on a chair and asked what she I had, I talked about the pain and they asked me just to look, without examining they said it was a channel and that I look for an emergency room, I argued again that I had made an appointment and if they couldn't do something to at least not hurt while looking for something, I received one more negative claiming to have no pediatric dentist, once again, my daughter had been there previously.
Again, I argued there that they were not going to see a child, not even because of something partial, I received the negative again, I said that this was not done with a child, they simply said that they would not see her, that she would have to seek emergency care, even though I made an appointment and it wasn’t prompt, as it was prevention and treatment.
Stay away from this clinic, because they don't know how to treat a human being and there they would have to treat people, only they don't know how to do it. I was even called that I am not aware of anything, just because I wanted my daughter who had a tooth that could cause a toothache to have care.
So I don't recommend it again, and I stayed away from that clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira não foi muito boa, mas resolvi dar uma 2 chance e aí sim fui atendido por uma profissional!
Acredito que alguns pontos precisam ser olhado com mais carinho como trocar as proteções (papel filme) das luzes na frente dos clientes, tirar foto dos dentes com celular, tem que ser sem luva nessa mão uma vez que ela vai na boca do cliente depois. Fora esses detalhes a clínica é boa. E a dentista que me atendeu nessa segunda vez eu recomendo!!!
The first one wasn't very good, but I decided to give it a 2 chance and then I was seen by a professional!
I believe that some points need to be looked at more carefully, such as changing the protections (film paper) of the lights in front of customers, taking a picture of the teeth with a cell phone, it has to be without a glove on this hand, as it goes into the customer's mouth afterwards. Apart from these details, the clinic is good. And the dentist who attended me this second time I recommend it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento para pacientes convênio .
Quando liguei consultei previamente a cobertura do meu plano Interodonto e informei que seria um RE-tratamento de canal.
Além de atender com atraso (base chá-de-cadeira ) não pediram sequer meu documento pessoal e só após avaliar o raio x informou que não faz esse tipo de procedimento.
Perdi meu tempo causando dissabores e decepção quando ao ligar, o mínimo que deveriam informar é sobre o tratamento ou não.
Denunciarei no convênio e espero descredenciamento para que outros pacientes não venham perder tempo.
Péssimo.

I wasted my time causing annoyance and disappointment when calling, the least they should inform you is about the treatment or not.
I will denounce it in the agreement and hope to be disqualified so that other patients don't come to waste time.
Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu deveria ter visto a avaliação antes de pisar nesta clínica, pois eu estava com o dente com canal inflamado saindo pus a Dra não conseguiu ver isso , me disse que eu precisava fazer tudo mas não viu o dente inflamado, quando retornei pra fazer a extração falaram que o plano não autorizou , poderiam ter feito de outra forma , sabiam que eu iria extrair o dente pq não solicitaram antes isso , me deixaram com o dente inflamado e agora vou pagar por fora pra fazer o serviço . Nem falo dos dentistas que atendem odontoprev péssimos tb . Quero ver falar algo sobre o meu comentário ???
I should have seen the evaluation before stepping into this clinic, as I had the tooth with an inflamed canal coming out with pus, the doctor couldn't see it, she told me I needed to do everything but she didn't see the inflamed tooth, when I returned for the extraction they said that the plan did not authorize it , they could have done it differently , they knew I would extract the tooth because they did not ask for it before , they left me with an inflamed tooth and now I 'll pay outside to do the job . I'm not even talking about the dentists who treat odontoprev terrible tb. I want to see something about my comment ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu tratamento com eles a um ano e minhas restaurações já caíram, ou seja usam um péssimo material, fora que os dentistas daí tem zero conhecimento, sinceramente não vão porque só vão ter mais prejuízo depois.
I had my treatment with them a year ago and my restorations have already fallen off, that is, they use a bad material, besides that the dentists there have zero knowledge, honestly they won't go because they will only have more damage later.

Falta de respeito e formalidade com o paciente desde a recepção até o atendimento médico, onde marcam o procedimento, CONFIRMAM o procedimento e no momento de realizar é informado que não é coberto pelo convênio.
Se querem atendimento de respeito e qualidade, não passem nem na porta deste local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As recepcionistas são bem mal humoradas, mal educadas, não tem vontade nenhuma de trabalhar e ainda te atendem mal. Fui pegar a documentação hoje do meu irmão, cheguei e elas nem sabiam se era consulta ou não, assim que entrei uma já respondeu "É SO AGUARDAR". No mínimo era só questionar se era consulta ou não, se eu não tivesse perguntado certamente romaria um chá de cadeira ate que fosse atendida. Desgosto puro, fora as burocracias pra fazer tratamento, a demora. Me arrependo totalmente de ter deixado meu irmão fazer tratamento nesse lugar, se eu pudesse não daria nenhuma estrela
