★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo gerenciamento de horários!! Fui marcada para as 12:30 e fui atendidada as 14:20 2h esperando! O medico demora 50 mim com cada paciente porem a consulta é marcada de 15 em 15 mim, nao existe um medico q na primeira consulta atenda com 15 mim pq nao marcam de acordo entao? Ai a desculpa é que o medico atrasou! Nao volto nunca mais e nao indico p ninguem!
Very poor time management!! I was scheduled for 12:30 and was attended at 14:20 2:00 waiting! The doctor takes 50 of me with each patient but the appointment is made every 15 of me, there is no doctor who attends with 15 of me in the first appointment, why don't they schedule accordingly? Then the excuse is that the doctor was late! I'm never coming back and I don't recommend anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento por parte da recepção, médicos e demais profissionais. Todos simpáticos e prontos a ajudar. Ambiente limpo e confortável, ótima infraestrutura com salas espaçosas, climatizadas, organização, atendimento humanizado e rápido. Super recomendo.
Excellent service from reception, doctors and other professionals. All friendly and ready to help. Clean and comfortable environment, great infrastructure with spacious, air-conditioned rooms, organization, humanized and fast service. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei péssimo , não indico , tinha marcado uma consulta as 17:45 cheguei lá p ser atendida e a atendende falou q não tinha nada marcado ,q esqueceram , ai falaram p marca só na outra semana , falta de respeito ?
I thought it was terrible, I don't recommend it, I had made an appointment at 5:45 pm I arrived there to be attended and the attendant said that there was nothing scheduled, that they forgot, then they told the appointment only the other week, lack of respect ?

I was very well attended by the whole team, I did several exams and I was satisfied, values that are not expensive. The clinic is to be congratulated, and praise for the cleanliness of the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total falta de respeito com o cliente/paciente. Mais de uma hora de atraso para um teste ergométrico. Quando me falaram que era o próximo, ainda passaram um paciente na minha frente. Estornei o pagamento e fui embora, não tolero esse desrespeito com o cliente. Não recomendo, existem empresas mais competentes no município. OBS: e o valor cobrado é o mesmo das outras clínicas, fiquem atentos.
Total lack of respect for the client/patient. More than an hour late for an exercise stress test. When they told me I was next, there was still a patient in front of me. I refunded the payment and left, I do not tolerate this disrespect to the customer. I do not recommend, there are more competent companies in the municipality. Note: and the amount charged is the same as other clinics, stay tuned.

Agendei consulta com a Dr Cibel,(e sim faço questao de falar o nome pra que as pessoas saibam).Chegando la fui atendida com pouco caso e frieza,nao me fez perguntas (nem as de praste numa consulta ginecologico)Me arrisco ate a dizer que ela nem olhou no meu rosto direito,me atendeu com pressa e secamente .Como se n bastasse,houve descaso nos agendamentos.
Meu retorno(que por direito feito dentro de 15 dias la seria gratuito)Um dia antes fui avisada q a dr n poderia me atender no horario marcado,e que so poderia me atender em outro.Avisei q n podia naquele horario pois ja havia programado td a minha agenda pra aquele horario,e simplesmente me respoderam secamente com um "Dr Cibel só vai atender os retornos 12:00!".Ou seja,a sensacao que tive desde o primeiro contato foi que a Clinica Serraed atende os clientes/pacientes como se estivesse fazendo um favor.Paguei uma consulta e examene e agora terei q pagar consulta em outro local para que meu exame seja lido,pois nem mesmo me oferecer o retorno gratuito com outro médico eles ofereceram.Eu to mt frustrada e constrangida com.tudo isso.Fora que quando ligamos nao atendem.So sabem responder Whatsapp.
Bad experience.
I scheduled an appointment with Dr Cibel, (and yes, I make a point of saying the name so that people know). When I got there, I was treated with little care and coldness, she didn't ask me questions (not even the ones of a gynecological consultation). say that she didn't even look at my face properly, she answered me quickly and dryly. As if that wasn't enough, there was neglect in the appointments.
My return (which by right made within 15 days would be free of charge) The day before I was told that the dr could not see me at the scheduled time, and that he could only see me at another. my schedule for that time, and they simply replied dryly with a "Dr Cibel will only attend to the 12:00 returns!" I was doing a favor. I paid for an appointment and exam and now I will have to pay for an appointment elsewhere for my exam to be read, because they didn't even offer me the free return with another doctor. .Other than when we call they don't answer.So they know how to respond to Whatsapp.
