★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida na recpçao.... Porém a medica deixou a desejar.... Obs:Vou ter que refazer os exames. Disseram que tinha dado problemas no equipamento e vou ter q refazer. Sendo q moro no interior e n tenho condiçoes de ir e vir toda semana. Sem contar que meu contato estava totalmente errado não era aquele que havia dado na recepçao....Um pouco desapontada. I was very well attended at the reception.... But the doctor left something to be desired.... Note: I will have to retake the exams. They said there had been problems with the equipment and I'll have to redo it. Since I live in the countryside and I have no conditions to come and go every week. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima em comprometimento com o cliente. Minha esposa fez alguns exames no local e o seus exame de urina nunca saiu o resultado. Ligamos e não resolveram nada, só deixou em espera no telefone. Tivemos que vir no local e pediram um recoleta alegando que era para ter certeza do resultado, mas na verdade fizeram foi sumir com a coleta e fora o prejuízo de ter que deslocar novamente até o local, tempo, gasolina, estacionamento, período de serviço perdido no emprego.. etc... Não recomendo.
Bad in customer commitment. My wife did some tests on the spot and her urine test never came out. We called and they didn't solve anything, just left it on hold on the phone. We had to come to the site and asked for a recollection, claiming that it was to be sure of the result, but in fact, they did away with the collection and aside from the loss of having to travel to the location again, time, gasoline, parking, lost service period at work... etc... I don't recommend it.

Mas logo que tentei marcar , me falaram que eu não teria direito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com antecedência de 1 semana, marquei uma consulta com médico neurologista ! No dia da consulta cheguei bem cedo. As 9:00 hs, hora que seria o atendimento, o recepcionista perguntou - : Quem é pra neuro ?
Aí ele falou que não sabia se o médico vinha, pq já havia ligado e o médico não atendia ! Então nós informou que se ele não viesse era porque ele estava atendendo no consultório particular dele.
Resumindo total falta de respeito, gastei Uber pra ir e vir. Tinham vários pacientes em cadeiras de rodas, uma mãe com um paciente autista ! Resumo ficamos na mão. Não indico essa clínica ! Não ligam pra informar e nem confirmar a consulta ! Vc chega lá na sorte , torcendo pro médico ir. Uma paciente disse que já era a 3° vez que o médico vazia isso.
1 week in advance, I made an appointment with a neurologist! On the day of the appointment I arrived very early. At 9:00 am, when the service was supposed to be, the receptionist asked -: Who is for neuro?
Then he said he didn't know if the doctor was coming, because he had already called and the doctor didn't answer! So we informed him that if he didn't come it was because he was working in his private office.
In short, total lack of respect, I spent Uber to come and go. There were several patients in wheelchairs, a mother with an autistic patient! Summary we are at hand. I do not recommend this clinic! They don't call to inform or confirm the appointment! You get there in luck, hoping for the doctor to go. One patient said that it was the 3rd time the doctor had emptied it.
