★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento eu amo a clínica sorriso e os profissionais , realizei um sonho após tirar o aparelho meu sorriso completo , na minha primeira avaliação fiquei encantada com o atendimento e segui todo passo a passo que a Dra montou para mim , e olha que eu tinha medo de dentista rs hoje adoro todos ❤ , já fiz na clinica extração de 2 molares, clareamento , fiz implante , agora vou fazer minhas facetas de resina composta super indico , e estou levando minha mãe para deixar o sorriso perfeito como meu . ❤
 Excellent service I love the smile clinic and the professionals , I realized a dream after taking the device off my complete smile , in my first assessment I was delighted with the service and I followed every step that Dr. set up for me , and look, I was afraid dentist lol today I love them all ❤ , I've done extraction of 2 molars at the clinic, whitening, implantation, now I'm going to make my super indica composite resin veneers, and I'm taking my mother to make the perfect smile like mine. ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje. 11/11/2021, consulta marcada. Ao chegar a atendente informa que a "doutora" desmarcou todos os pacientes da tarde. Não ligou... Não mandou mensagem pra avisar. O cliente gasta tempo e dinheiro para ser feito de trouxa. NUNCA mais volto nessa clinica e NÃO a recomendo nem pra inimigo.
Today. 11/11/2021, appointment scheduled. Upon arriving, the attendant informs that the "doctor" canceled all the patients in the afternoon. Didn't call... Didn't send a message to let me know. The customer spends time and money to be made a fool. I NEVER go back to this clinic and I DON'T recommend it even to the enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima dentista, Tatyana, muito profissional e humana no caso dela seria 10 estrelas se houvesse. O único motivo de ter colocado 4 estrelas foi pelo tempo de espera, mesmo sendo agendado e chegando com antecedência de meia hora tive que esperar quase uma hora após o horário marcado, mas mesmo assim o atendimento da dentista foi nota 1000 valeu a pena esperar! Se conseguisse manter o horário de consulta com o marcado com certeza seria 5 estrelas ! O ambiente em si é um pouco pequeno e não tem controle de distanciamento... Se puder resolver esses dois tópicos seria ótimo!
Great dentist, Tatyana, very professional and human in her case would be 10 stars if there were. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the waiting time, even though it was scheduled and arriving half an hour in advance I had to wait almost an hour after the scheduled time, but even so the dentist's service was grade 1000, it was worth the wait! If I could keep the appointment schedule with the appointment, it would definitely be 5 stars! The environment itself is a little small and has no distancing control... If you can solve these two topics it would be great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo a atendente além de não saber informar … não soube enviar um receituário , tive que mandar a foto pra ela entender o que tava precisando .
Liguei 1 semana antes pra saber se fazia radiografia panorâmica.. a mesma informou e confirmou que sim e o exame foi agendando … no dia passei mais de 1 hora esperando ( q mesma também nem informar que é por ordem de chegada não informou ) quando entrei na sala a Dr. olha pra minha cara e simplesmente diz que não fazem o atendimento .. e me passou uma guia que não serviu pra nada … pra finalizar cheguei no local pra fazer radiografia e precisava do benditos receituário, o mesmo que a DR. simplesmente afirmou que não precisava … entrei em contato com a atendente da clínica a mesma não sabia nem o que era o receituário e tive que mandar uma foto pra ela saber e entender o que era .
São por esses atendimentos que muita coisa no Brasil não vai pra frente .
Não indico e nunca mais marcarei nada na clínica .
Não recomendo .
The attendant was terrible, besides not knowing how to inform… she was unable to send a prescription, I had to send the photo so she could understand what she needed.
I called 1 week before to find out if she was going to have a panoramic X-ray... she informed and confirmed that she was and the exam was scheduled... on the day I spent more than 1 hour waiting (which she also didn't even inform that it's in order of arrival, she didn't inform) when I entered in the room, the Dr. looks at my face and simply says that they don't do the care... and she gave me a guide that was useless... to finish, I arrived at the place for an X-ray and I needed the blessed prescription, the same as the DR. he simply stated that he didn't need to… I got in touch with the clinic attendant, she didn't even know what the prescription was and I had to send her a photo so she could know and understand what it was.
It is because of these services that a lot of things in Brazil do not go forward.
I do not indicate and I will never schedule anything at the clinic again.
I do not recommend .
