Fiz contato por telefone e fui orientada a enviar o pedido do exame e a carteira do convênio pelo WhatsApp; não houve retorno e qdo fui pessoalmente alegaram q o pedido precisa ser transcrito para o formulário próprio e para tanto seria considerada uma consulta. ABSURDO
 TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE. I made contact by phone and was instructed to send the exam request and the health insurance card via WhatsApp; there was no return and when I went personally they claimed that the request needs to be transcribed to the proper form and for that it would be considered a consultation. ABSURD

A final todos que chegam até a recepção estão doentes, ninguém vai a passeio. Lamentável. Despreparo total das atendentes. Ficam rindo e debochando dos pacientes
Terrible attendance. The attendants need to go through a human training process. The two times I was at the reception I was humiliated.
