★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito negativa. Funcionários totalmente despreparados e nem um pouco prestativos. Minha filha é paciente desde que nasceu. A primeira vez que solicitei um encaixa pra ela, isso aos DOIS ANOS e 8 meses, a secretária Marina demonstrou pouco caso e sequer retornou a ligação. Meu esposo ligou as 07h35. Às 09h30 eu liguei novamente e ela disse que não era possível atender a criança e que se não retornou era porque não tinha horário. E que pra conseguir encaixe tinha que ter ligado às 7h30, Como assim? Acredito que médico pediatra deva ser mais disponível. As consultas que tive com a Dra. Carolina do Céu foram boas, mas todas as vezes foram consultas de puericultura, ou seja, pesar e medir. Qdo de fato precisei, como relatei acima, não obtive retorno. Se a médica soube do ocorrido? Não sei, pois como já disse a funcionária não tá nem ai e apesar de ser paciente há quase três anos não temos outro contato com a médica. De resto com funcionários descompromissados desse jeito, não volto mais lá pra consulta nenhuma, nem pediatra, nem outra especialidade. Não recomendo!
Very negative experience. Staff totally unprepared and not at all helpful. My daughter has been patient since she was born. The first time I requested a fits for her, this at TWO YEARS and 8 months, Secretary Marina showed little case and did not even return the call. My husband called at 07.35. At 09:30 I called again and she said that it was not possible to attend the child and that if it did not return it was because there was no schedule. And that to get fit had to have called at 7:30, How so? I believe a pediatrician should be more available. The consultations I had with Dr. Carolina of Heaven were good, but every time they were childcare consultations, that is, weigh and measure. When I actually needed it, as I mentioned above, I did not get a return. If the doctor knew what had happened? I do not know, because as I said the employee is not even there and despite being patient for almost three years we have no further contact with the doctor. Otherwise with employees uncommitted in this way, I will not go back there for any consultation, pediatrician or other specialty. Would not recommend!
