Liguei na clínica para tirar dúvida, para verificar se poderiam me enviar por e-mail apenas para ENTENDER quais eram os exames e a não deram a mínima importância. Disseram que quem faz os exames entende essa letra ilegível e que não tinham sequer um e-mail da clínica para que eu pudesse entrar em contato para esclarecer a dúvida. Com essa má vontade e pouco caso com o paciente, não volto mais nem recomendo!
The place is beautiful, clean and everything else, but the service ... left completely to be desired! I got an illegible prescription. I called the clinic for a question, to see if they could e-mail me only to UNDERSTAND which exams they did not care about. They said that those who do the exams understand this illegible letter and that they did not even have an e-mail from the clinic so that I could get in touch to clarify the doubt. With this ill-will and little affair with the patient, I will not come back nor recommend it!
