★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até o local fazer teste do covid , foi cobrado 170$ teste rápido ( me senti lesionada ,pois em muitos outros lugares estavam 100$ ) não foi emitido laudo ,pois o teste deu negativo . Simplesmente falaram pra tirar uma foto do exame . Sinceramente não indico !
I went to the place to do a covid test, I was charged 170$ quick test (I felt injured, because in many other places it was 100$) no report was issued, because the test was negative. They just told me to take a picture of the exam. I honestly do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho reclamações da clinica e da parte do financeiro, desmarcam muitas vezes os atendimentos e os médicos são diferentes para a mesma especialidade, isso é horrível para quem quer fazer um acompanhamento, mudei para o plano da Medicar e o atendimento é excelente, mas quando era o outro a mulher do financeiro chegou a gritar por telefone comigo e achou que deveria fazer o trabalho dela.
I have complaints from the clinic and from the financial side, they often cancel the appointments and the doctors are different for the same specialty, this is horrible for those who want to follow up, I changed to the Medicar plan and the service is excellent, but when it was the other the financer's wife even yelled at me on the phone and thought I should do her job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo com planos de saúde não consegui agendar uma consulta com a dermatologista, pela clínica agendei na mesma semana e resolveu meu problema. Super indico a clínica, médicos atenciosos, clínica humanizada e agendamento rápido.
Even with health plans I couldn't schedule an appointment with the dermatologist, through the clinic I scheduled it in the same week and it solved my problem. I highly recommend the clinic, attentive doctors, humanized clinic and quick scheduling.

Clinic with excellent doctors, trained staff! My appointment was very fast and I was able to schedule my doctor for the same week! I highly recommend the medication plan! I paid R$ 19.00 for my consultation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse, não daria nem 1 estrela a esta clínica. Fiz uma teleconsulta, estava com infecção urinária e muita dor. Era uma consulta de emergência. E a médica que me atendeu sabia disto. Estou à espera da receita, pois sem ela não consigo comprar o antibiótico, e do atestado por 2 dias... já enviei várias mensagens a este lugar, sem resultado nenhum. Absurdo!
If I could, I wouldn't even give this clinic 1 star. I had a teleconsultation, I had a urinary tract infection and a lot of pain. It was an emergency appointment. And the doctor who treated me knew this. I'm waiting for the prescription, because without it I can't buy the antibiotic, and the certificate for 2 days... I've already sent several messages to this place, with no result. Absurd!
