★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei o Implanon com Dr Marcelo Tissiani no mês de abril e não tenho o que me queixar. Excelente médico, atencioso, explica todo o procedimento sem deixar dúvida. Porém, tive um problema em relação ao pagamento, pois houve um erro por parte da maquineta deles e eu acabei pagando duas vezes. Até o dia de hoje 17/06 não consegui resolver essa situação, que está sendo tratada com Dra Jackeline,esposa do mesmo. Não vi nela disponibilidade alguma de resolver a situação, além das respostas rudes e nenhum pedido de desculpa, o que faz com que eu jamais volte nesse lugar.
I put Implanon with Dr Marcelo Tissiani in April and I have nothing to complain about. Excellent doctor, attentive, explains the entire procedure without leaving any doubt. However, I had a problem regarding the payment, as there was an error on the part of their machine and I ended up paying twice. Until today, 17/06 I couldn't resolve this situation, which is being dealt with by Dr Jackeline, his wife. I didn't see any willingness in her to resolve the situation, other than the rude answers and no apology, which makes me never go back to that place.
