Dra. Débora (endocrino) excelente e muito atenciosa.
Dá total assistência ao paciente.
Inclusive por telefone.
Atendentes muito educadas e eficientes tbm...
Recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , o tempo de espera do horário marcado é mais de uma hora , dão mais preferência e atenção para pessoas mais requisitadas financeiramente. A Dr Alessandra Soares não da suporte ao paciente , manda msg simplesmente não responde , uma falta de consideração. Não indico a médica ou a clínica para ninguém. Totalmente indignada com a falta de respeito.
Poor service, the waiting time of the appointment is more than an hour, give more preference and attention to people most in need financially. Dr Alessandra Soares does not support the patient, sends msg simply does not respond, a lack of consideration. I do not refer the doctor or clinic to anyone. Totally outraged by the lack of respect.

Tempo de espera é mais de 1 hora, sem contar que quando precisamos de um auxilio da Dr. Alessandra Soares sobre nossa filha estar passando mal, não tive ao menos uma resposta da parte dela.
Não indico a médica, nem a clinica.
Terrible attendance.
Waiting time is more than 1 hour, not to mention that when we need Dr. Alessandra Soares's help about our daughter being sick, I didn't have at least one answer from her.
I do not indicate the doctor or the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcar consulta é um caos, uma falta de respeito com os pacientes em tratamento.
Falam que vai abrir marcação toda ultima sexta do mês pelo convênio, a gente tenta marcar, fala que não vão marcar mais este ano.
Minha filha vai ter que trocar de médico no meio do tratamento por desorganização e incompetência da clinica.
