★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O valor das consultas realmente eh bem acessível e por esse mesmo motivo as consultas são em linha de produção. Qto mais pacientes atender, melhor. E isso faz a gente esperar 2h em média para ser atendido pois não há atendimento com hora marcada e sim por ordem de chegada. E para compensar o baixo da valor da consulta, vão te pedir exames que saem mais caros do que pagar no particular em outros lugares. Resumindo, saiba filtrar o que há de melhor e o resto Vc abstrai

Uma clinica deve oferecer o mínimo que seria o bom atendimento as pessoas, mas os médicos não olham para seu rosto e seus atendimentos são de cinquenta segundos (infelizmente) LITERALMENTE para as pessoas que esperam cerca de duas horas em um local de cadeiras desconfortáveis, sem wifi e livros na recepção. Os médicos que atendem, estudaram e sabem quais exames são necessários para cada um. Eles deveriam conversar com o cliente atenciosamente e prescrever TUDO o que eles precisam e evitar a "batata quente" de clientes e médicos . A "batata quente" que acontece só aparenta ser uma desculpa para o cliente voltar e pagar mais uma consulta. Muitas pessoas não tem condições financeiras para tal. Não é justo aos que não estudaram medicina. Coisas que poderiam ter sido ditas em um dia de atendimento, é estendido para outras consultas e pedidos infinitos de exame. Outra critica: Porque os médicos fazem consultas quando eles não podem fazer os exames necessários? (Seja a desculpa por: falta de aparelhos ou tempo). O cliente não sabe, e poderiam ser lhe poupado tempo (assim como o tempo do médico).
Também creio que as secretárias são mal pagas para tantas horas de serviço. Não recomendo.
Terrible attendance. A clinic should offer the least amount of good care to people, but doctors do not look at your face and their care is fifty seconds (unfortunately) LITERALLY for people who wait about two hours in an uncomfortable chair without wifi and books at the reception. The doctors who attend, study and know which tests are needed for each one. They should talk to the customer attentively and prescribe EVERYTHING they need and avoid the "hot potato" of customers and doctors. The "hot potato" that just appears to be an excuse for the customer to come back and pay for another appointment. Many people cannot afford it. It is not fair to those who have not studied medicine. Things that could have been said on a day of service, is extended to other appointments and endless requests for examination. Another criticism: Why do doctors make appointments when they cannot do the necessary tests? (Be the excuse for: lack of equipment or time). The client doesn't know, and time could be saved (as well as the doctor's time).
I also believe that secretaries are underpaid for so many hours of service. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento fiquei 3 horas pra ser atendida, porque a atendente simplesmente não levou minha fixa pro médico, fui reclamar no balcão 3x pela demora e nenhumas das atendentes foi ver o que estava acontecendo, você paga pela consulta pra ter um péssimo atendimento, esperar 3 hs e ser consultada em 5 minutos! Não recomendo essa clínica pra ninguém mais!
Lousy service I stayed 3 hours to be attended, because the attendant simply did not take my fix to the doctor, I complained at the counter 3x for the delay and none of the attendants went to see what was happening, you pay for the consultation to have a lousy service, wait 3 hs and be consulted in 5 minutes! I don't recommend this clinic to anyone else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível !! péssimos médicos , a lógica deles é sempre passar exames para vc fazer , aí vc gasta com médicos ,remédios e exames que eles sempre te perdem . Fora a demora , parece o SUS mesmo . Ah e as consultas são sempre rápidas me arrependo de pagar por isso.
Horrible !! terrible doctors, their logic is always to pass exams for you to do, then you spend on doctors, drugs and tests that they always lose you. Apart from the delay, it looks like SUS. Oh and consultations are always quick, I regret paying for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma decepção, brincam com a saúde das pessoas, meu filho fez uma consulta de oftalmologia nesta clinica e foi receitado alteração do grau do óculos que ele já usava, ele tem hipermetropia e astigmatismo. Perguntamos se seria necessário retornar para verificar se os novos óculos estariam de acordo e a resposta foi que não era necessário.Quando meu filho começou a usar os novos óculos ele reclamou que a visão estava estranha, mas pensamos que era porque era novo e precisava se acostumar, como ele continuou a reclamar resolvemos então marcar uma consulta com oftalmologista particular, nosso espanto foi uma medida totalmente diferente do grau prescrito pela clinica. Como a médica que atendeu pode errar tanto. Esta clinica deveria selecionar melhor os profissionais contratado. Alerto as pessoas para tomarem cuidado com esta clinica pois isto pode acontecer com qualquer um que utiliza esta clinica e também em qualquer especialidade. Pagamos a consulta na clinica e pagamos as lentes do óculos. A clinica ofereceu devolver o valor da consulta mas e a despesa com as novas lentes, pois tivemos que mandar fazer outras ?

How the doctor who attended can make so many mistakes. This clinic should better select the professionals hired. I warn people to take care of this clinic as this can happen to anyone who uses this clinic and also in any specialty. We pay for the consultation at the clinic and pay for the spectacle lenses. The clinic offered to return the cost of the consultation, but what about the expense with the new lenses, since we had to have others done?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a quatro consultas neste local. Todas consultas rápidas, pouca atenção ao paciente, estilo SUS (que tem uma demanda enorme). A diferença é que você paga diretamente pela consulta e o agendamento é mais rápido. Uma das consultad achei estranho: duas médicas foram fazer o procedimento transvaginal e na sala ambas estavam escutando músicas pop com luz baixa rs parecia mais uma balada do que uma clínica médica. Exame oftalmológico idêntico ao que vc faz de graça em qualquer ótica, não recomendo!
I went to four consultations at this location. All quick consultations, little attention to the patient, SUS style (which has a huge demand). The difference is that you pay directly for the consultation and the scheduling is faster. One of the consultants found it strange: two doctors went to do the transvaginal procedure and in the room both were listening to pop music in low light rs it seemed more like a ballad than a medical clinic. Eye examination identical to what you do for free in any optics, I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há uns 4 anos anos atrás era realmente muito boa, eles não tem comprometimento com o paciente, vivem trocando de médicos, não dá pra seguir um tratamento. Eles querem ter clientes, mas não tem suporte pra isso. Sempre cheio, temos que pegar receitas controladas com clínico gerais, como se comprasse uma receita. Fiquei realmente dexepcionada, acho que até os médicos ficam, que são poucos que ficam bastante tempo. Muitas vezes ficamos sem receitas de remédios controlados pq não tem horário pra dar continuidade no tratamento. Pelo amor de Deus, não temos que aceitar isso. Clinica de baixa qualidade.
About 4 years ago it was really very good, they have no commitment to the patient, they keep changing doctors, you can't follow a treatment. They want to have customers, but they don't have support for that. Always full, we have to get prescriptions controlled from a general practitioner, as if buying a prescription. I was really disappointed, I think even the doctors stay, who are few who stay for a long time. We often run out of prescriptions for prescription drugs because there is no time to continue the treatment. For God's sake, we don't have to accept this. Low quality clinic.
