★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto ao atendimento da recepção não tenho do que reclamar, mas qnto a Dra Paula endocrino, decepção total! Nem um pouco simpática, acolhimento ali passou longe, nenhum sorriso, em fim. Não recomendo! Não gosta do que faz muda de profissão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Agendamos, e nunca somos atendidos no horário. Falta de organização. Uma recepcionista que fica gritando o nome das pessoas pra assinar as guias. Parece feira. Ninguém avisa que houve imprevistos e que pode atrasar. Deixam os clientes aguardando um tempão sem dar satisfação. Pensam que estão fazendo algum favor pra nós? Perdem clientes de bobeira. Falta de profissionalismo.
Bad experience. We schedule, and we are never served on time. Lack of organization. A receptionist who is shouting the names of people to sign the guides. It looks fair. Nobody warns that there were unforeseen events and that it can be delayed. They leave customers waiting for a long time without giving satisfaction. Do you think they are doing us any favors? They lose customers for foolishness. Lack of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez nesta clínica, fui muito bem atendida tanto pelas recepcionistas quanto pela Dra Paula - Endocronologista. A clínica tem estacionamento na porta mas também é fácil estacionar nas imediações.
First time at this clinic, I was very well attended by both the receptionists and Dr Paula - Endocronologist. The clinic has parking at the door but it is also easy to park nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência lamentável com a endocrinologia. Agendada há semanas, cheguei pontualmente ao horário da consulta. Após quase 1 hora esperando, quando fui a recepção questionar o motivo da demora, fui informada que a médica já havia deixado a clínica, inclusive que no sistema eu já constava como atendida. Total desrespeito. Me questiono se a médica sabe de fato quem são os pacientes que atende, pois se numa terça pela manhã está perdida quanto ao número de pacientes atendidos, imagine em relação a outros aspectos. Vale ressaltar que só fiquei a par da situação pois questionei a demora, caso contrário estaria lá esperando até agora. Ressalto, experiência lamentável, nenhum controle administrativo.
Disappointing experience with endocrinology. Scheduled weeks ago, I arrived punctually for appointment time. After almost 1 hour of waiting, when I went to the reception to ask the reason for the delay, I was informed that the doctor had already left the clinic, including that in the system I was already seen as attended. Total disrespect. I wonder if the doctor really knows who the patients she sees are, because if on a Tuesday morning she is lost in terms of the number of patients seen, imagine in relation to other aspects. It is worth mentioning that I was only aware of the situation because I questioned the delay, otherwise I would be there waiting until now. Rebound, unfortunate experience, no administrative controls.
