★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencial é tranquilo, mas por telefone e whatsapp é complicado. Os fixos ficam "ocupados" por horas. O celular Não atendem. O WhatsApp demoram pra responder.
 Face-to-face service is easy, but over the phone and whatsapp is complicated. Landlines are "busy" for hours. The cell phone does not answer. WhatsApp takes time to respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ APESAR do atendimento ser horrível, demoraram 2 dias pra me responder no WhatsApp, achei a clinica muito organizada as recepcionistas rápidas e solicitas no atendimento, também minha experiência com a dra Erica mto boa, uma medica atenciosa, conversa explica e investiga :)
DESPITE the service was horrible, it took 2 days to respond to me on WhatsApp, I found the clinic very organized, the receptionists were fast and prompt in service, also my experience with Dr Erica was very good, an attentive doctor, conversation explains and investigates :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já não é a primeira vez que eu preciso reagendar minha consulta por atrasos, vim para um retorno com o dr Rodolfo fiquei uma hora esperando e mesmo assim não fui atendida e tive que desmarcar.
Uma vergonha o descaso com o paciente, não sei qual o motivo de agendar horário se não for para ser atendido no horário.
It is not the first time that I need to reschedule my appointment due to delays, I came for a follow-up with Dr Rodolfo, I waited an hour and even then I was not attended and I had to reschedule.
It's a shame the neglect with the patient, I don't know the reason to schedule an appointment if it's not to be seen on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, estou a 1 mês tentando marcar o meu DIU, passa por diversas funcionárias dizem que irão falar com o médico (Dr Carlos) mas ninguém retorna. Sinceramente um descaso com o paciente, se eles não quererem atender pelo convênio, poderiam pelo menos avisar o paciente e não ficar enrolando. Estou decepcionada com esse atendimento.
E o pior que não sou a única que estou com problema com está clínica. Precisam tomar uma medida RÁPIDA, para que seus pacientes se sintam satisfeitos.
Porque o atendimento é PÉSSIMO!!!!!
obs: só dei uma estrela pq não pode zerar.
The service is terrible, I've been trying to schedule my IUD for 1 month, I go through several employees who say they will talk to the doctor (Dr Carlos) but no one returns. Honestly, a disregard for the patient, if they don't want to attend through the health insurance, they could at least warn the patient and not get involved. I am disappointed with this service.
And the worst thing is that I'm not the only one who has a problem with this clinic. They need to take action FAST so their patients feel satisfied.
Because the service is AWESOME!!!!!
Note: I only gave one star because it can't be zeroed.
