★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, fui conhecer o local e logo de cara não fui atendido, não havia ninguém na recepção e um funcionário foi chamar e esta nem mesmo quis vir a recepção para me atender, dizendo que o horário de atendimento havia acabado, havia se passado 5 minutos do horário, mas ainda assim havia pessoas no local e não seria nada de mais ela vir e falar conosco sobre o horário, o problema foi o descaso ao qual fui submetido.
Horrible service, I went to know the place and right away I was not answered, there was no one at the reception and an employee went to call and she didn't even want to come to the reception to answer me, saying that the hours of service were over, had passed 5 minutes, but there were still people there and it would be nothing much for her to come and talk to us about the time, the problem was the neglect I was subjected to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento a recepcionista sempre de cara feia e nos trata super mal .. tirando a arrogância e mal humor todas as vezes vou lá mal olha na minha cara e sempre me trata com rispidez .. enfim sua clínica ótima com bons médicos e profissionais mais o atendimento na recepção é péssimo ..
Pessimo call the receptionist always scowling and treats us badly super .. taking arrogance and bad mood every time I go there evil look on my face and always treat me harshly .. finally a great clinic with good doctors and professionals more service at the reception is bad ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia. No dia de ontem, (10/10/2017) era meu segundo dia de fisioterapia, STC, mão direita. Tive um péssimo atendimento por parte da fisioterapeuta de apelido DE. Cheguei pontualmente, às 16:30 em seguida chegou uma outra senhora e logo após um moço. A fisioterapeuta estava na recepção e me chamou, e em seguida chamou os demais. Só que na sala, ela me deixou com uma estagiária, acho que é isso, pois a moça ainda não sabia mexer no aparelho e ficou a cuidar da senhora e em seguida do rapaz e ficou conversando. Após alguns minutos ela resolveu parar de conversar e atendeu a fisioterapeuta que estava comigo, ensinando-a a ligar a máquina. E depois disso, em nenhum momento parou de conversar pra saber se estava tudo ok comigo. Ao final da sessão, falei pra minha atendente, que eu detestei, pois foi a mesma coisa que não tivesse feito nada. É isso, A Clinica é 10, mas a fisioterapeuta tem que ter coerência na hora de atender, eu cheguei primeiro, dentro do horário e antes dos dois pacientes. É isso, a sua Clinica merece cinco estrelas, mas a sua fisioterapeuta, nenhuma.
Good Morning. Yesterday, (10/10/2017) was my second day of physiotherapy, CTS, right hand. I had a bad service from the physiotherapist called DE. I arrived on time, at 4:30 pm, then another lady arrived and soon after a young man. The physical therapist was at the reception and called me, and then called the others. Only in the living room, she left me with an intern, I think that's it, because the girl still didn't know how to use the device and took care of the lady and then the boy and stayed talking. After a few minutes she decided to stop talking and saw the physical therapist who was with me, teaching her how to turn on the machine. And after that, in no time stopped talking to see if everything was ok with me. At the end of the session, I told my attendant, that I detested it, because it was the same thing that I hadn't done anything. That's it, the clinic is 10, but the physiotherapist has to be consistent when it comes to attending, I arrived first, on time and before the two patients. That's it, your Clinic deserves five stars, but your physiotherapist, none.
