★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rafael me atendeu com muita atenção em todas as vezes que precisei, sou paciente desde 2014 e o conheci na emergência do hospital Mater Dei, porém na semana passada, precisei de uma consulta de emergência e liguei no consultório para tentar uma consulta de emergência, estava com muita dor. Não queria ir na emergência de um hospital, afinal de contas o meu médico sabe todo o histórico do meu problema na coluna.
A secretária que me atendeu não se propôs verificar alguma disponibilidade de encaixe com ele, foi logo me dizendo que ele só poderia me atender no dia 27/9. Se houvesse desistência me ligaria, expliquei que não conseguiria esperar até lá. De nada adiantou.
A pergunta: Como uma paciente em momento de crise com hérnia na cervical pode esperar o seu médico atender um mês após o período crítico da crise. Estava sem medicamento adequado para resolver minha dor.
Meu marido me indicou um médico no NOT, esse ortopedista me encaixou na sua agenda para que eu não ficasse sem atendimento, já me medicou e solicitou novos exames.
Hoje a secretária do Dr. Rafael me ligou, houve uma desistência, quando retornei a ligação para clínica, a desistência já não existia mais, tudo em questão de segundos.
Expliquei para ela que graças a Deus fui muito bem atendida e desde ontem estou medicada e quase sem dor.
Me desejou melhoras.

 Dr. Rafael attended me very carefully every time I needed it, I have been a patient since 2014 and I met him at the Mater Dei hospital emergency room, but last week, I needed an emergency appointment and called the office to try an emergency appointment , I was in a lot of pain. I didn't want to go to the emergency room, after all my doctor knows the history of my back problem.
The secretary who attended me did not propose to check any availability of fitting with him, was soon telling me that he could only attend me on the 27/9. If there was a withdrawal, I would call, I explained that I would not be able to wait until then. It was no use.
The question: How a patient in a crisis with a herniated cervical can expect her doctor to attend one month after the critical period of the crisis. I was out of proper medication to resolve my pain.
My husband referred me to a doctor at NOT, this orthopedist fit me in his schedule so that I would not be left unattended, he already medicated me and requested new tests.
Today Dr. Rafael's secretary called me, there was a withdrawal, when I returned the call to the clinic, the withdrawal was no more, all in a matter of seconds.
I explained to her that thanks to God I was very well attended and since yesterday I am medicated and almost pain free.
He wished me well.
