Desde o primeiro dia, a Pepita se apaixonou por todos de lá, fiquei muito preocupada, pois ela teria que fazer uma cirurgia para tirar o dentinho, mas eles foram calmos e acertivos, pediram exames, raio-x e etc. Chegou o dia da cirurgia e correu tudo muito bem e fomos super bem atendidos no pós operatório também. Somos muito gratos a todos da clínica Cãoxonado, principalmente aos doutores Rita (Pepita é apaixonada por ela) e Giulio e a tia Bibiana.

From day one, Pepita fell in love with everyone there, I was very worried because she would have to undergo surgery to have her teeth removed, but they were calm and assertive, asked for exams, x-rays, etc. The day of the surgery arrived and everything went very well and we were very well attended in the post-operative period as well. We are very grateful to everyone at the Cãoxonado clinic, especially doctors Rita (Pepita is in love with her) and Giulio and aunt Bibiana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo local, gastei com exames desnecessários, devido a avaliações equivocadas. Pensam somento no dinheiro e nao no bem estar do animal, nitidamente se ve que é uma ordem dos donos. Mas tudo que vai um dia volta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não caiam nesta cilada. Na primeira vez que levei meu gato la fiquei um pouco assustado com a aparência do local. Parace que tudo foi feito na gambiarra, o aquário na entrada está em péssimas condições e isso pq é uma clínica veterinária, a partir dai pode-se ver o descuido com os animais. A secretaria fala altíssimo assustou meu gato e começou a falar de doenças sem nem olhar o bichinho, achei mega anti-étrico e nada profissional. Depois de aguardar uma eternidade pra ser atendido e quando estava no consultório com a veterinária, ela simplesmente saiu da sala sem falar nada e demorou mais um tempão pra voltar. Depois disso ela foi analizar meu gato e ele rosnou pra ela, algo que eu nunca tinha visto ele fazer, o gato é um doce e nunca arranhou nem mordeu ninguém mas ele sentiu a energia negativa do local. Após uma semana de antibióticos e anti-séptico voltei como retorno e de novo fiquei esperando muito tempo pra ser atendido, tanto tempo que eu peguei meu gato e fui embora enfurecido. A veterinária que havia me atendido antes estava como secretária dessa vez. Um rapaz que entrou na clínica carregando árvores de Natal enquanto esperava demorou pra ser tocar mas depois me encaminhou pra uma sala falando que ia agilizar meu atendimento. Ele me deixou na sala sozinho e não apareceu mais. Peguei meu gato e fui embora com a promessa de nunca mais voltar e avisar ao máximo de pessoas pra não cairem nessa cilada. Não é justo um lugar desses continuar atuando de tal forma. Tenham cuidado, ja tem comentários péssimos e alguns casos de óbito.

After waiting an eternity to be seen and when she was in the office with the veterinarian, she simply left the room without saying anything and took another while to come back. After that she went to analyze my cat and he growled at her, something I had never seen him do, the cat is sweet and has never scratched or bit anyone but he felt the negative energy of the place. After a week of antibiotics and antiseptic I came back as a follow-up and again I was waiting a long time to be seen, so long that I took my cat and left in a rage. The veterinarian who had attended me before was acting as a secretary this time. A guy who entered the clinic carrying Christmas trees while waiting took a while to be touched, but then he directed me to a room saying that he would speed up my care. He left me in the room alone and never showed up. I took my cat and left with a promise never to return and warn as many people as possible not to fall into this trap. It is not fair for such a place to continue acting in such a way. Be careful, there are already bad comments and some death cases.

Os valores dos exames são MUITO MAIS CAROS que a média de Campinas.
Exame de sangue quase 4x mais caro e o de ultrassom 2.5x mais caro. Chega a ser abusivo.
Se infelizmente forem nesse "hospital veterinário", só façam a consulta, NÃO FAÇAM NENHUM EXAME NESSA CLÍNICA! PEÇAM O ENCAMINHAMENTO PARA O EXAME E FAÇA EM OUTRO LUGAR. A ECONOMIA $ SERÁ ENORME..
É um lugar ok para emergência e por ser 24h, mas NÃO indico pelos PREÇOS ABUSIVOS e diagnóstico duvidoso (fui em outra clínica de confiança e houve divergência nos diagnósticos)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de atendimento emergencial para a minha gata, num sábado a noite, se estendendo para madrugada. Fui super bem recebida, os exames foram todos feitos com perfeição e cuidado, no tempo que o animal permitiu. Já saímos de lá com medicação aplicada e receita para continuar em casa.
Recomendo para todos, preço justo, profissionais cuidadosos e competentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima clinica para levar seus Pets, atendimento muito bom e humanizado, sempre o animalzinho é bem tratado e bem avaliado pois costumam sempre pedir alguns exames para terem certeza do que o Pet tem e poder dar um tratamento eficiente (assim como em bons hospitais de humanos), coisa muito incomum infelizmente em outras clinicas veterinárias de campinas, onde fazem apenas uma avaliação com suposições sem nenhuma comprovação por exames, podendo prolongar o sofrimento e o tratamento do animalzinho como já ocorrido em outras ocasiões.
Super recomendo a clinica para quem se preocupa de verdade com o seu Pet.
