 Dr Carol is wonderful, excellent professional. But the wait is long and time-consuming for service, priorities don't exist, at least with me, they never listen.

Fui internar uma cachorra e logo no início me pediram o valor total do tratamento, mesmo sem saber se iriam fazer tudo. Tive que pagar e acabaram não fazendo tudo que solicitaram. Estornaram o dinheiro mas depois de 2 semanas que fiquei cobrando.
Também levei outras 2 cachorras para castração e a experiência não foi boa. Chegamos às 9h da manhã para exame de sangue, que só ficaram pronto às 17h depois de questiornarmos muito, pois o horário previsto era às 15h. Ou seja, foi o dia inteiro na clínica e só retornamos a noite.
Sem contar que quando agendei a castração pela primeira vez, agendaram para um dia que a clínica não iria abrir. É bem desorganizado.
O desconto do valor dos procedimento à vista também não é válido para pix, somente dinheiro em espécie.

I went to hospitalize a dog and right at the beginning they asked me for the full amount of the treatment, even without knowing if they would do everything. I had to pay and they ended up not doing everything they asked. They reversed the money but after 2 weeks I was charging.
I also took 2 other dogs for castration and the experience was not good. We arrived at 9 am for a blood test, which was only ready at 5 pm after we asked a lot, as the scheduled time was 3 pm. In other words, it was the whole day at the clinic and we only returned at night.
Not to mention that when I scheduled the castration for the first time, they scheduled it for a day that the clinic would not open. It's pretty disorganized.
Discounting the value of cash procedures is also not valid for pix, only cash.
