In the middle of May my little dog started to limp, we took her to the clinic and they informed us that due to the size and size of the paws, it was probably a canine discopathy, something common for her age since she was 6 years old. They immediately started the application of corticosteroids - without requesting further tests - and we left with a prescription to administer anti-inflammatory drugs and dipyrone in case of pain, an x-ray would be done after the applications. As time went by, she started to get worse and we decided to take the imaging test on our own, which showed a small narrowing in one of the vertebrae that was not noticed by the technician who made the report, only by the clinic's vet. There was no change in the treatment and she just kept getting worse, she couldn't be relaxed, she seemed to be losing her reflexes, she started to vocalize, she kept going around in circles. They said that this was a sign that I was in pain, we started to manage the plot, nothing changed. Two weeks and three corticoid applications later, she was clearly much worse, she was having difficulty eating, we needed to start feeding and watering through syringes. We went to the clinic 8 times for help in the meantime. So on Saturday, 05/29, they guided us to look for a neuro, because it could be Alzheimer's, and only then, we asked for a blood and urine test so that we could take them to the specialist. We took the exam on Monday, 05/31, and made an appointment with the neuro on Tuesday, 06/01, at 16:00. On that day, she passed away. By mid-morning we noticed that she was not reacting and we ran to the clinic, as they already knew the whole history. She was examined and told that she was in shock and the guidance we received was: "come home or try to advance the appointment with the neuro, from now on we have nothing to do and I can only wish you good luck". We were unable to advance the consultation, but the professionals at Hospital Animaniacs located in Tatuapé, asked us to take her so they could help us. They tried everything to stabilize her, even during the three cardiac arrests, took care of her and tried to really understand what was going on. It was to them that we delivered the results of the tests from the day before, which suggested that she might have diabetes - which would explain the neurological symptoms. However, unfortunately we will never be sure what might have happened because no other tests were done, we only have the suspicion. The clinic needed to assess all the possibilities before making a diagnosis and this cost my partner her life. So if you suspect that you are not evaluating all the possibilities, immediately seek a second opinion.

Veterinarian was 20 minutes late for the appointment because he was supposedly having lunch. Also, he let our guinea pig fall off the table during the exam.

I arrived with my dog ​​at almost 2:00 am, getting sick, leaving for the coma, I touched the company crying desperately for help and Dr. Renan did not want to open the door without first getting the registration and talking about values, telling us to look at the price on the plate. We entered the clinic after begging him to open the door, the half-dead dog, in which Dr. Renan himself gave no hope and even so he charged 900.00 for an animal whose heart was almost stopping, without stimuli, with the purple tongue sticking out, low body temperature, he just took the temperature, gave her vein diasepam so she could have a peaceful death and even so he took advantage of our pain and charged this absurd amount, before we left the clinic we realized that she already had left, however, we loved our little baby and we didn't want to believe that that had happened, later the fixed fell in conversation with other veterinarians. He waited a couple of hours to report her death. Our conscience is clear because we did everything for her, but we were completely disappointed with the conduct of a professional who showed more love for money than the profession, taking advantage of our pain and love for her.

Yesterday I took my 12 year old cockatiel to Dr Rennani, she was already very sick and even so Dr did everything she could and gave all the assistance that was in her hands. Unfortunately my baby didn't make it the same day. When the dr found out she sent me a message, making herself available for me to return the medicines I had bought and for her to return the money. I thought this of total humanity, my family and I are heartbroken with our loss, he was like a family member but we are comfortable in the heart of having tried even harder in the hands of this dr who does her job with so much love. We were prescribed a local ointment and a very strong antibiotic for human use for 10 days; on the sixth day of medication my little pig had already stopped eating and drinking water, it was no longer active, it had at least three more wounds, terrible diarrhea and itched to the extreme, that's where I called the vet informing (in these words) that I needed a return because the condition had changed (from a wound it was to acute diarrhea that I had never had before) which I was denied, and the responsible veterinarian insists that the 10-day period of medication be ended to see improvement. After verifying that all possible sources reported that the medicine prescribed was TOXIC for pigs, we took him to another veterinarian urgently, who confirmed that the condition was so bad due to the abuse of medication, which was too strong and in too high doses. , for too long a period. If I had waited for the requested return (for today's date) my piggy wouldn't have arrived alive by then. Total irresponsibility, I strongly recommend not going to this vet, especially the wild ones.
