★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepção é ótima ! Mas a veterinária Luana Lourenço péssima profissional,fria ,sem ética alguma,sem amor ao próximo negou atendimento a minha cachorrinha que estava sem ar ,mas já estou tomando medidas cabíveis contra ela ,pois omissão de socorro é crime.

I was very well attended, schedule for castration very flexible, days too. I just think there could be a mattress on the grid where the pets stay.

Não conseguia sequer ouvir o que era falado pela atendente. Muita bagunça entre as outras funcionárias. Tem que ter mais atenção quanto a isso. O resto sempre muito bom. Preço justo atendimento ótimo ?
I have always been treated very well at the clinic. But I didn't have a good experience my last time. The reception seemed to be having a party. I couldn't even hear what the attendant was saying. Lots of mess among the other employees. You have to pay more attention to this. The rest is always very good. Fair price great service ?
