★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente mega espaçoso, super organizado e atento às medidas sanitárias. O lado negativo é que só tem uma veterinária atendendo o que faz o nosso tempo de espera lá muito longo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na emergência na data de hoje 04.05.22. As 20:00 horas , o horário que a clínica fecha com a minha filha de 4 patas, engasgando, gloti fechando.
Os funcionários da noite já prontos para irem embora, me ajudaram.Foram super atenciosos!!! Dra Amanda Evellyn foi um anjo que salvou a vida dela.
Primeira vez que fui na clínica minha eterna Gratidão a todos!!!!!!.

I was in the emergency on today's date 04.05.22. At 20:00 hours, the time the clinic closes with my 4-legged daughter, choking, glottis closing.
The night staff, ready to leave, helped me. They were super attentive!!! Dr Amanda Evellyn was an angel who saved her life.
First time I went to the clinic my eternal gratitude to all!!!!!!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não posso concordar com a avaliação de bom atendimento pois levei o meu pet idoso, e tentaram colher sangue dele.Foram cinco furadas por uma mesma veterinária, enquanto outra veterinária estava em consultório sentada e navegando no celular. Colheu sangue para hemograma e me disse pra no dia seguinte ligar pra saber o resultado. Pra minha decepção 24h após a coleta do sangue, a veterinária me diz que preciso levá- lo de novo a clínica pois o sangue chegou coagulado ao laboratório! Sei perfeitamente que a coleta foi mal feita, e a falta de responsabilidade dela somente tomou conhecimento 24h depois, assim mesmo porque liguei pra saber.Portanto não há como levar um animal que precisa de cuidados de emergência nessa unidade.A responsável pela clínica foi procurada por mim e só me respondeu 24h depois, ou seja no dia seguinte.Devolveu o valor do hemograma solicitado por mim.Detestei a falta de empatia e profissionalismo .
Unfortunately I cannot agree with the assessment of good service because I took my elderly pet, and they tried to take blood from him. There were five pierced by the same veterinarian, while another veterinarian was sitting in her office and browsing her cell phone. He collected blood for a blood count and told me to call the next day to find out the result. To my disappointment, 24 hours after the blood collection, the vet tells me that I need to take him back to the clinic because the blood arrived at the laboratory clotted! I know perfectly well that the collection was done poorly, and her lack of responsibility only became aware 24 hours later, just like that because I called to find out. Therefore, there is no way to take an animal that needs emergency care to this unit. by me and only answered me 24 hours later, that is, the next day. He returned the value of the blood count requested by me. I hated the lack of empathy and professionalism.
