★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico apaixonados por quatro patas unidade Copacabana. Pets não sobrevivem após terem um péssimo atendimento na veterinária apaixonados por quatro patas. Sem diagnóstico ou com diagnóstico incorreto vários pets se encontram em risco ao entrar nesse tipo de lugar. Durante a ultrassonografia, o veterinário Diogo fez piadas, deboches e ficou rindo durante espasmos involuntários de uma cadelinha, minutos antes do 0bit0 disse que ela estava reagindo, rindo que não se aguentava de tão engraçado. A veterinária Isabela, assim como o Diogo, não tiveram a mínima noção do que estavam fazendo ou dizendo, sem conhecimento básico de medicina veterinária nem nutrição animal. Numa situação clássica de envenenamento, (urina com sangue, olhos e pelos amarelados) muito simples de diagnosticar e tratar, não souberam diagnosticar e a veterinária passou remédios errados que não tem nada a ver com o caso provavelmente levando ao 0bit0 de mais uma vítima inocente e indefesa. A unidade apenas entrou em contato cerca de dois dias após falecimento da mesma indicando mais remédios totalmente errados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha pet fez uma cirurgia nessa clínica e hoje (22/2/22) levei-a para o exame pós-operatório, não consegui fazer pois a veterinária "atende faz o exame entre as cirurgias", já estava aguardando há mais de vinte minutos e que a veterinária atendia entre as cirurgias e que demoraria pelo menos mais 20 minutos. Esse tipo de conduta não é a conduta de um bom profissional. O exame pós-operatório e muito importante para ser feito entre cirurgias, de forma açodada. Também fiquei desapontado com a atuação da gerência que permite isso. Este procedimento não condiz com "apaixonados por quatro patas". O exame deve ser feito em horário marcado para o profissional fazer o exame pelo tempo que for necessário.
My pet had surgery at this clinic and today (2/22/22) I took her to the post-op exam, I couldn't do it because the vet "does the exam between surgeries", I've been waiting for more than twenty minutes and that the veterinarian would attend between surgeries and that it would take at least another 20 minutes. This kind of behavior is not the behavior of a good professional. The postoperative examination is very important to be done between surgeries, in a hasty way. I was also disappointed with the performance of the management that allows this. This procedure does not correspond to "in love with four legs". The exam must be done at a scheduled time for the professional to take the exam for as long as necessary.

A clinica como um todo considero regular, não é muito boa, mas coisas simples podem ser resolvidas desde que o tutor tenha paciência e firmeza. O administrativo e o atendimento me parecem desorganizados e desleixados. A questão técnica depende exclusivamente do profissional veterinário, a clínica em si é meio desligada nesse sentido
I frequent this space accompanying my two cats. The clinic as a whole I consider regular, it's not very good, but simple things can be solved as long as the tutor has patience and firmness. The administration and service seem disorganized and sloppy to me. The technical issue depends exclusively on the veterinary professional, the clinic itself is kind of disconnected in that sense

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem a batalha contra o câncer do meu pequeno Nexcauzinho acabou...mas quero e preciso deixar aqui o penso da Clínica 4 Patas de Copacabana.
Humanismo, essa é a melhor palavra para descrever minha experiência.
Após procurar diversas clínicas no RJ e passar por inúmeros veterinarios oncologistas achei aqui a melhor equipe, que além de serem profissionais ímpares, são humanos! E isso faz toda a diferença, mesmo que seja no pior momento, o de despedida.
Lutei muito pelo meu Nexcauzinho, uma batalha diária, porém infelizmente o câncer venceu. É muito triste, e a dor é gigante, só quem ama esses seres iluminados vão entender o que estou dizendo.
Aqui encontrei pessoas com um coração enorme e que me ajudou a passar por esse processo tão doloroso.
Foi uma experiência extremamente triste, porém rica de Amor e compaixão.
Quero deixar meu testemunho: Você que está lendo e que tem dúvida sobre qual Clínica precisa levar seu filho(pet de estimação) saiba que aqui terá todo o suporte necessário e uma equipe abençoada de braços abertos para atender com todo amor, carinho e cuidado.
Quero falar sobre a Oncologista do Nexcauzinho, Dra.Juliana Nascimento, uma profissional incrível e um ser humano de luz! E não tão menos importante, Dra.Simone e Dra.Marilia, que foram tão delicadas e com tamanha compaixão me deram forças nesse momento tão difícil, com palavras, afeto e amor.
Deixo aqui meu MUITO OBRIGADA a todos que passaram na vida do meu Nexcauzinhu e fizeram diferença até a sua partida.

Yesterday, my little Nexcauzinho's battle against cancer was over...but I want and need to leave here the dressing for the Clínica 4 Patas de Copacabana.
Humanism, that's the best word to describe my experience.
After looking for several clinics in RJ and going through countless oncologist veterinarians I found the best team here, who, in addition to being unique professionals, are human! And that makes all the difference, even if it's at the worst moment, the farewell.
I fought a lot for my Nexcauzinho, a daily battle, but unfortunately the cancer won. It's very sad, and the pain is huge, only those who love these enlightened beings will understand what I'm saying.
Here I found people with a huge heart and who helped me through this painful process.
It was an extremely sad experience, but full of Love and compassion.
I want to leave my testimony: You who are reading and who have doubts about which Clinic you need to take your child (pet) know that here you will have all the necessary support and a blessed team with open arms to assist you with all the love, affection and care.
I want to talk about Nexcauzinho Oncologist, Dr. Juliana Nascimento, an incredible professional and a human being of light! And not so much less important, Dra.Simone and Dra.Marilia, who were so kind and with such compassion, gave me strength in this difficult moment, with words, affection and love.

A Dra. Isabela foi muito atenciosa com meu gatinho, respondeu todos os meus questionamentos com muita clareza e educação.
O preços das vacinas quintupla e antirrábica são os mais baratos entre as petshops de Copacabana.
