Excellent service! Itaguaí was in dire need of a clinic with care every day of the week. Attentive, prepared, competent professionals and the prices, compared to other places, are well into account.

Então acho que deveriam reavaliar sendo que quando agendei me informaram que deixaria o animal e voltaria para busca lo após a castração, quando cheguei e entrei com animal a veterinária me disse se tivesse algo a resolver poderia ir e eles me ligaria , todavia a responsável da recepção nada simpática de plantão no dia me disse que eu não poderia sair , sendo que na primeira informação , eu tinha planejado fazer minha aula de pilates que é bem próximo a clínica,nesse intervalo ... esses desencontro de informações tenta nós tirar a alegria ... com certeza nada grave né!

Good service, but there is a mismatch of information between the employees... So I think they should reassess it being that when I scheduled they told me that I would leave the animal and return to pick it up after castration, when I arrived and entered with the animal the veterinarian told me if if I had something to resolve I could go and they would call me , however the person at the reception not very friendly on duty that day told me that I could not leave , since on the first information I had planned to take my Pilates class which is very close to the clinic ,in this interval ... this information mismatch tries to take away our joy ... certainly nothing serious, right!
