O preço da consulta muito em conta, só achei caro o exame de sangue. A veterinária foi atenciosa, paciente e teve carinho com a Luna. A recepcionista também foi muito gentil e prestativa.
Spacious, good service, variety of products, toys and medicines.
The price of the consultation is very affordable, I just thought the blood test was expensive. The vet was attentive, patient and had affection for Luna. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na unidade praça do Carmo no dia 22 de janeiro de 2022 por volta de 19:30 e o atendimento foi ridículo por parte dos veterinários, quiseram cobrar consulta para uma simples vacina de rotina! Obs: A clínica deixa bem claro que o cliente pode só vacinar! Fica aqui o meu repúdio a unidade praça do Carmo.
I went to the Praça do Carmo unit on January 22, 2022 around 7:30 pm and the service was ridiculous on the part of the vets, they wanted to charge a consultation for a simple routine vaccine! Note: The clinic makes it very clear that the client can only vaccinate! Here is my repudiation of the Praça do Carmo unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui marcar a consulta com um Oftalmo, primeiro que não era o" Valor" que a máquina falou, depois só marcava se fosse pelo PIX, como eu ia pagar no cartão me disseram que a Oftalmo só atenderia depois das 13:00h, por ordem de chegada, cheguei por volta de 12:35h já não tinha vaga, porque deram prioridade de quem pagou a vista..... UM ABSURDO!!!!!! pago Uber para ir e para voltar e não fui atendida porque era Cartão.....
Na semana passada, me disseram que ela atenderia até as 18:00h, cheguei 17:30h ela já tinha ido embora. Hj disse que tava cheio, sinceramente eu não acreditei!
Atendimento Péssimoooooooooooo!!!!! Se não quer trabalhar, volta pra casa!!!!
I went to make an appointment with an Ophthalmologist, first it wasn't the "Value" that the machine said, then I only made an appointment if it was by PIX, as I was going to pay on the card, I was told that Oftalmo would only answer after 1:00 pm, by order of arrival, I arrived around 12:35h, there was no vacancy, because they gave priority to those who paid the view..... AN ABSURD!!!!!! I paid Uber to go and to come back and I was not answered because it was a Card.....
Last week, I was told that she would answer until 18:00h, I arrived at 17:30h she was already gone. Today I said it was full, honestly I didn't believe it!
Terrible service!!!!! If you don't want to work, come home!!!!
