★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida no plantão da Unidade Realengo e recomendo, pois tivemos toda atenção, desde o atendimento pelo telefone quanto presencialmente. E o melhor, não fomos estorquidos financeiramente como a maioria das clínicas veterinárias em Realengo costumam fazer num atendimento de plantão.
I was attended to on duty at the Realengo Unit and I recommend it, as we had all the attention, from the phone service to in person. And best of all, we were not financially burdened as most veterinary clinics in Realengo usually do in an on-call service.

Em uma curta diferença de tempo ao levar um cão de 19kg mestico de pastor, foi menos de 100 reais, ao levar um poodle mestiço(peludinho pequeno) de 6kg , o valor era mais do que duas vezes(250 reais), ambas com anestesia injetavel. Se fosse a inalatoria, seria bem maior. Não sei qual é o critério desta loja ao fazer contato por WhatsApp.
I always rescue dogs, because in my neighborhood people discard them. In a short time difference when taking a 19kg mestizo shepherd dog, it was less than 100 reais, when taking a 6kg mestizo poodle (small furry) the value was more than twice (250 reais), both with anesthesia injectable. If it were the inhalation, it would be much bigger. I don't know what the criteria of this store is when making contact by WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepção é boa, mas a consulta foi péssima, principalmente no dia da consulta de retorno do meu gato. Fui tratada com ignorância pela médica, além dela querer me cobrar uma consulta a mais pq eu disse que meu gato estava com diarréia no dia da consulta de retorno.

The reception is good, but the appointment was terrible, especially on the day of my cat's return appointment. I was treated with ignorance by the doctor, in addition to her wanting to charge me for an extra appointment because I said my cat had diarrhea on the day of the return appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre levo minha shih tzu lá. A Dra Débora e Dr Rafael são sempre muito amáveis com os animais e nos transmitem o tipo de tratamento com segurança. As meninas da recepção tb são bastante ágeis e competentes . Super recomendo!
I always take my shih tzu there. Dr Débora and Dr Rafael are always very kind to the animals and convey to us the type of treatment safely. The girls at the reception are also very agile and competent. I highly recommend!
