★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não confio. Levei minha cachorrinha pra banho, ela não queria sair do meu colo, voltou machucada e quando perguntei o que tinha acontecido, não me responderam. E tem mais, cortaram os cílios dela, eram enormes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha cachorra para castrar e hoje no dia que eles marcaram para retirar os pontos ninguém apareceu, muita falta de responsabilidade e proficionalismo da parte deles, pois não avisaram e eu fiquei um tempão lá esperando e nada .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de humanidade com a minha cachorra idosa, ela estava com sintomas iniciais de alzheimer canino e foram bem omissos, nos passaram todos remédios menos o próprio para doença, foram vazios nas respostas e não nos deram respaldo algum após gastarmos lá. Em três dias informamos que a situação havia se agravado e só nos passaram por mensagem remédio para vomito. Assim, minha cachorra piorou ainda mais no dia seguinte , quando entrei em contato com a clínica, já tinhamos optado pela eutanasia visto a situação crítica que já se encontrava e para nossa surpresa nos trataram com descaso , demorando 1hora a cada resposta (não conseguimos levar até lá por conta do estado da minha cachorra), assim perguntamos se poderiam vir até minha residencia para realizar a eutanasia e mais uma vez com descaso e demora responderam que apenas no dia seguinte. Concluindo, levamos em outra clínica que nos tratou com toda atenção devida, realizou a eutanasia em minha residencia de uma forma muito humana, explicando todas possibilidades da doença e informando que com a medicação devida seria possível uma qualidade de vida melhor até a morte, visto que a doença não tem cura. Acredito que falte afeição , desde a recepção até o atendimento final.
Lack of humanity with my elderly dog, she had initial symptoms of canine alzheimer and they were very silent, they gave us all the medicines except the disease, they were empty in the answers and they gave us no support after we spent there. In three days we reported that the situation had worsened and we only received a remedy message for vomiting. So, my dog got even worse the next day, when I contacted the clinic, we had already opted for euthanasia due to the critical situation that was already in place and to our surprise they treated us with neglect, taking 1 hour with each answer (we were unable to take until then because of the condition of my dog), so we asked if they could come to my residence to perform euthanasia and again with indifference and delay they answered that only the next day. In conclusion, we took him to another clinic that treated us with all due attention, performed euthanasia in my residence in a very human way, explaining all the possibilities of the disease and informing that with proper medication it would be possible to have a better quality of life until death, since that the disease has no cure. I believe that affection is lacking, from the reception to the final service.
