★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar dos infernos, pior lugar para levar seu animalzinho de estimação, são totalmente mercenários, só visam arrancar o máximo de dinheiro que conseguirem e não estao nem aí para tratar o seu pet,a Veterinária Aline é total apática,não tem preparacao médica,passou muitos remédios desnecessário para meu gato,e a gente na hora do desespero aceita qualquer coisa para sarar o animal,porém a realidade é que não sabe o que está fazendo ela passou 3 remédios que veio a prejudicar a saúde do animal,pois ele não tinha a doença para toma-los,ela receita dizendo que não vai piorar o estado que é para controle,mas a verdade que os remédios só prejudicam se o animal não tem o problema,pois ela nem fez os exames antes para saber o que dar,e vendem lá os remédios a preços exorbitantes três vezes mais caros que no mercado geral,isso é apenas um comércio e não uma clínica veterinária que visa cuidar dos animais!!

Não atendem de maneira correta, pois fui para comprar um comprimido com receita e foi vendido faltando com a cartela cortada. Quando voltei.para questionar que estava faltando fui informado que teria que comprar a outra metade, sendo que já havia pago.
Pedi meu valor de volta e me falaram que não iam dar e que se eu quisesse era para procurar meus direitos a polícia e o procon, foi o que fiz abri o B.O, mandei email para a patrulha do consumidor, abri a reclamação do site reclame aqui.
E me dirigi a outro estabelecimento para efetuar a compra correta pelo valor correto também.

I asked for my money back and they told me that they were not going to give it and that if I wanted it it was to look for my rights the police and the procon, that's what I did I opened the BO, I sent an email to the consumer patrol, I opened the complaint on the website on here.
And I went to another establishment to make the correct purchase for the correct amount too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, levei meu gato pra castrar na avaliação foi super educada no dia da castração parecia médico do SUS, indicou ração de adulto pra um filhote de 7 meses, troquei de ração umas 4 vezes devido ele não querer comer e nos últimos dias miando de fome e eu não sabia, hoje dei a ração de filhote ele comeu com tanta vontade,péssima profissional!
Ps. Quando vocês questionarem algo e a pessoa mandar a resposta, respondam!Pois foi isso que fiz pelo whatsapp, aqui não dava! Não tinha necessidade de tirar o ponto porque foi interno vocês não sabem disso?! Quanto a demora na reclamação foi devido eu não saber que era para dar ração filhote, quando soube mudei imediatamente!E depois de tudo isso vocês juram que eu ia no retorno? Jamais!!!!!!

My puppy is always very well looked after in the hands of the professionals of this clinic. The bath and grooming are wonderful, and the veterinarian is super careful and attentive, and they always keep in touch and say how things are going. I highly recommend it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os clientes são tratados muito mal, comprei uma casinha e não tive devolução, nem fui avisada dessa atitude caso não servisse á mim. Fui tratada mal e na frente de outros clientes com o responsável quase gritando comigo, e me oferecendo apenas a solução que ele queria! Péssimo! Não indico e para todos vou comunicar e pedir que não vão até o loja, assim como eu farei.
Fora outras reclamações que clientes me pararam e disseram na rua de negligência profissão!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu dog para castração, infelizmente o dog voltou muito debilitado, não tendo condições de permanecer em casa.
Tentei ligar para obter mais informações e sem sucesso, imaginei por conta do horário limitado.
Acabei levando em um hospital e foi identificado super dosagem na anestesia, causando a perda dos reflexos.
De todo modo, imprevistos podem ocorrer, mas esperava no mínimo outras recomendações ou mesmo atender para casos como esse de urgência pós cirurgia.
Deixo aqui a sugestão, boa sorte para vocês.

I ended up taking it to a hospital and overdosing was identified in the anesthesia causing loss of reflexes.
