★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrível, pedi um táxis dog pra minha gata q se assidentou, quebrou a coluna e NN tava respirando, mesmo o Dr sabendo o estado dela ele NN quis pegar ela pra colocar a transportadora, sendo que ela estava com muita dor e repito... Com a coluna quebrada, qualquer movimento errado q a gente pegasse minha gatinha ela poderia vir a falacer.
 My experience was horrible, I asked for a taxi dog for my cat who got settled, broke her spine and was NN breathing, even though the Dr knew her condition he NN wanted to take her to put the carrier, and she was in a lot of pain and I repeat ... With a broken spine, any wrong move that we caught my kitten could kill her.

Eu e meu namorado levamos nossos três gatinhos lá sempre que necessário e eles são extremamente bem tratados, além de recebem todo suporte necessário. Deixo aqui um destaque para a Dra. Sidvania, médica veterinária que realizou a maior parte do atendimento de nossos gatos e os acompanha desde o primeiro mês de vida.
Parabéns à equipe. Ótimo trabalho, recomendo de olhos fechados.
This clinic was a find in the region, 24 hours a day and with impeccable service. My boyfriend and I take our three kittens there whenever necessary and they are extremely well cared for, in addition to receiving all the necessary support. I leave here a highlight for Dr. Sidvania, a veterinary doctor who performed most of the care of our cats and has been accompanying them since the first month of life.
Congratulations to the team. Great job, I recommend it with my eyes closed.

Exceptional service, very attentive doctor, focuses on the animal's problem, guiding the tutor on the best thing to do to solve the animal's problem, unlike other clinics here in the neighborhood where the vet wants to sell you vaccines at all costs without worrying about the animal's problem and the financial conditions wanting to push products at any cost without having a concern on the sentimental side of the animal's tutor, I appreciate the professionalism of everyone at the Dog and cat clinic and pet aesthetics, especially Dr sidvania gama who performed the otohematoma surgery on my daughter princess brigaduuuu ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #RUIM# A princípio no primeiro contato por telefone foi, tranquilo, depois da primeira consulta para realizar um procedimento já não gostei, mais enfim como já tinha pago tive que continuar, atendimento presencial trata com pouco caso. Enfim não tive uma boa experiência não gostei e não voltarei, o que pra mim foi ruim as vezes pra vcs pode ser bom eu não gostei e não vou recomendar pra ninguém que eu conheço e ponto. 0 estrelas
