Quando ficamos sabendo que abriria o seu espaço, o acompanhamos sem hesitar! A clínica é maravilhosa!!!! Bem estruturada, limpa, arejada, equipe profissional e ambiente familiar.
 The veterinarian owner of the establishment, Dr. Thiago Zucolotto, has been following my animals for many years before opening his clinic, and has saved their lives and brought comfort to them. When we learned that it would open its space, we accompany it without hesitation! The clinic is wonderful !!!! Well structured, clean, airy, professional staff and family atmosphere.

Fiz a consulta com um veterinário e ao entrar em contato para agendar o retorno fui informado que o veterinário que acompanhava meu cachorro estava de férias, ok, aguardei o mesmo retornar de suas férias - 1 mês- e agendei a consulta, ao chegar na clínica, na hora agendada, depois de aguardar quase 30min. vieram me falar que o vet não estava na clínica e que seria atendido por um outro, recém formado, aparentemente.
Além de um exame realizado em meu cachorro no local, onde o resultado só me foi enviado, depois de muito pedir - WhatsApp e ligando lá- dois meses após a realização do mesmo, sendo que fui informado que o resultado sairia no dia seguinte a coleta. Total falta de respeito com o cliente/paciente. Pra ficar ruim tem que melhorar muito.
Não recomendo este local para ninguém.
Terrible attendance. I made an appointment with a veterinarian and when I got in touch to schedule the return I was informed that the veterinarian who was accompanying my dog was on vacation, ok, I waited for him to return from his vacation - 1 month - and I scheduled the appointment when I arrived at the clinic , at the scheduled time, after waiting almost 30min. they came to tell me that the vet was not at the clinic and that he would be seen by someone else, who had just graduated, apparently.
In addition to an examination performed on my dog at the place, where the result was only sent to me, after a lot of asking - WhatsApp and calling there - two months after it was carried out, and I was informed that the result would come out the day after the collection . Total lack of respect for the client/patient. To get bad, it has to improve a lot.
I don't recommend this place to anyone.
