★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super atenciosos. Tratamento de primeira para os pacientes e os donos também. Instalações limpas e bem organizadas. Super recomendo. Só faltou o hotel pra ganhar as 5 estrelas. Quem sabe em 2019 acontece a inauguração.
Super attentive. First-rate treatment for patients and owners alike. Clean and well-organized facilities. I highly recommend it. The hotel was just missing to earn the 5 stars. Maybe in 2019 the inauguration will take place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como loja conta com uma boa variedade de produtos,Embora não tenha produtos específicos para filhotes.Como clínica eles contam com bons veterinários.Mesmo não sendo todos perfeitos,A maioria dos veterinários tratam muito bem seu bichinho, como se estivessem cuidando de um familiar deles.Minha opinião final de consumidor é que em geral eles são 4/5.
Ah quando meus Doguinhos voltam do banho na clínica eles estão super cheirosos:).
As a shop has a good variety of products, although it does not have specific products for puppies. As a clinic they have good veterinarians. Even though they are not all perfect, most veterinarians treat their pet very well, as if they were caring for a relative of theirs . My final consumer opinion is that in general they are 4/5.
Ah, when my Doguinhos come back from the bath in the clinic, they are super sweet :).

Mas o problema da reserva, que em teoria exista mas na prática não, é mais algo de: ordem de chegada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente o atendimento da recepção o acolhimento , o médico veterinário me recebeu muito bem e foi bem sincero em relação a situação do meu pet, inclusive me indicou outra clínica onde teria todo o equipamento pra fazer os exames necessário naquele momento, o meu gatinho Victor está muito bem obrigada.
