★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha não tive uma experiência boa. Teve uma negligência com meu cachorro. Meu cachorrinho pesa 2k20, e o veterinário deu ele 2 comprimidos inteiro. Em casa ele começou ficar amuado e vomitar. Liguei na clínica ele disse que era normal. Quando eu fui ler sobre o remédio,ele seria meio comprimido para até 5k,só acima de 5k que seria um comprimido inteiro. . Então ainda dou ? pq o atendimento foi bom. O problema foi essa negligência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, meu cachorro foi levado para tosa e banho, ficou lá de 13 as 18 horas e quando voltou não tinha sido tosado e pode se dizer que nem banho tomou, as patas estavam imundas mas o pêlo estava escovado e com perfume. Voltou urinando sangue e cheio de manchas enormes e roxas pelo corpo. Simplesmente entregaram o animal para quem estava em casa e alegaram que receberam ele urinando sangue. Mentira, pois como um cachorro que fica dentro de casa urina sangue e eu não vejo? Liguei lá pra saber o que tinha acontecido e a veterinária muito atrevida me perguntou que espécie de dona era eu que não sabia que meu cachorro urinava sangue. Tirei várias fotos do estado que ele chegou. No outro dia fui até lá saber o que tinha acontecido. Ao conversar com o dono da clínica ele disse que falaria com a veterinária e ela me ligaria, esperei e isso não aconteceu, então voltei até lá mais tarde pra falar com a veterinária, ela me atendeu com muita má vontade e disse que tem o dia muito cheio e que recebe muitos animais e não tinha tempo de ligar para avisar do caso, E ainda disse que um animal urinar sangue não era uma urgência. Que tentou ligar uma vez e ninguém atendeu, Um total descaso, nem se quer depois procurou saber o que tinha acontecido com o cachorro. O dono da clínica a mesma coisa, falei com ele e mostrei as fotos ele disse que iria saber o que aconteceu e também não se manifestou..Alegou que não tosou o animal pois sabia quem era o dono ( meu pai) e ele era muito exigente e não quis fazer a tosa pois não sabia como ele queria. Sendo que eu mesma liguei e falei como era pra fazer. Quem atendeu deveria ter feito essa anotação, uma vez que deixei claro o que era pra fazer. Se ficou dúvidas porque novamente não me ligaram pra esclarecer? Me pergunto que espécie de clínica é essa????
