Great service, all the doctors are super attentive and do everything for the animals when they are hospitalized. I highly recommend to take your pets!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de um atendimento com urgência e fui muito bem recebido na clinica, imediatamente fui atendido. Apesar de terem algumas pessoas na recepção na hora que cheguei, eles deram prioridade devido a urgência da situação. Por fim correu tudo certo, meu pet havia sido atropelado e quebrou a pata, mas eles fizeram todos os procedimentos e cuidaram como se o cachorro fosse deles. Recomendo muito!
I needed urgent care and I was very well received at the clinic, I was immediately attended to. Although there were some people at the reception when I arrived, they gave priority due to the urgency of the situation. In the end everything went well, my pet had been run over and broke its paw, but they did all the procedures and took care of it as if the dog was theirs. I highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the service from the reception to the Doctors....in fact, the entire team, I arrived in an Emergency and soon attended me. The puppies of my SHITZU were born without Problems....Thank you for your attention!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei 1 estrela porque não posso dar zero. Clínica irresponsável, maltratou meu cachorro e o deixou morrer só porque ele era vira-lata. Todos na clínica olhavam pra ele com desprezo. Só fui nesse lugar horrível porque era 24h. Resgatei o coitado e o trataram como lixo, seria melhor eu tê-lo deixado morrer em casa, pelo menos teria tido mais dignidade.
Vocês o internaram de má vontade a noite e me avisaram de manhã que ele tinha morrido. Nem souberam explicar que atendimento ele recebeu.
Só souberam me cobrar 800 reais por algo que fizeram mal feito.
Pior tratamento que já recebi na vida. Lamentável.
I gave 1 star because I can't give zero. Irresponsible clinic, mistreated my dog and let him die just because he was a mutt. Everyone in the clinic looked at him with contempt. I only went to this horrible place because it was 24h. I rescued the poor thing and they treated him like garbage, it would have been better if I had let him die at home, at least I would have had more dignity.
You grudgingly admitted him at night and told me in the morning that he had died. They didn't even know how to explain what care he received.
They only knew how to charge me 800 reais for something they did poorly.
Worst treatment I have ever received in my life. Unfortunate.
