AGENDEI NOVAMENTE O BANHO SO QUE DESTA VEZ COM O PROFISSIONAL QUE É O FUNCIONÁRIO DELE (EXCELENTE) E ELE DISSE QUE NÃO ERA PRA DAR SO QUE ELE NÃO FALOU NA MINHA FRENTE E EU ESTAVA LA ESPERANDO QUANDO FUI DAR A CACHORRA O RAPAZ ME INFORMOU QUE O DONO NAO DEIXOU ELE DAR O BANHO NA MINHA CACHORRINHA.......FIQUEI REVOLTADA POIS SEI QUE O TRABALHO DO HOMEM QUE DA BANHO É EXCELENTE. LAMENTÁVEL
THE WORST POSSIBLE, I SCHEDULED THE BATH IN MY DOG AND WE MATCHED A PRICE, ON THE DAY THE OWNER WHO HAS NO EXPERIENCE HAS GIVEN AN EVIL GIVEN BATH AND COVERED ANY OTHER VALUE ABOVE THE COMBINED AND I RELEVED THE HAPPENED. I AGENDA THE BATH SO SO AGAIN WITH THE PROFESSIONAL WHO IS HIS EMPLOYEE (EXCELLENT) AND HE SAID IT WASN'T TO GIVE SO HE HE DIDN'T SPEAK ON MY FRONT AND I WAS WAITING WHEN I WENT TO GIVE THE DOG THE BOY TOLD ME THAT THE OWNER DID NOT LET HIM BATH MY MY DOG ....... I WAS REVOLTED BECAUSE I KNOW THE WORK OF THE MAN IN THE BATH IS EXCELLENT. UNFORTUNATE

I have taken my Luna there for 2 months for the vaccination and I have seen up close how they are responsible, attentive and concerned with the health of our pets. It was really what was missing in our neighborhood, a clinic that counts from prevention to treatment, I hope it continues to grow.
